Been here twice so far with my car for oil changes, and have not had any issues. Greeted right away from the time I drop my car off. Service staff inside is attentive and pleasant. Waiting room is spacious clean with coffee and snacks.
E-mailed the dealership after paying $160.++ for a cabin air filter. They never responded but did send me multiple e-mails to answer their survey. I finally sent my survey back to Toyota and expressed my frustration. This was second time being treated poorly. Never again!!
After 5 weeks in your " body shop" my truck is leaking coolant, parts are not fitted right and tpms lights is on " ....because it was cold night". Really ?? That's how important is every client for you. Avoid this dealership!!!!!!! I can prove all of this and send videos if someone want to see.
What a frustrating experience for oil change. Went back to this dealership with a sense of loyalty (had bought the car here). Had an appointment for oil change taken in advance. It took 2 hours to get the oil change done, that was after following up multiple time with the CSR and letting him know that I had another appointment at noon. Missed my appointment at noon because of their shoddy service. No respect for customer's time. Will never go back again.
I took my van in this past weekend and everyone was nice and very informative. They gave clear timelines and helped me with transportation
