Excellent service. No hassles no haggling they came back with an accurate price for a four year or a five-year loan. I appreciate the ability to test drive both the XLE and the SXE editions.
Customer relations. My car was hit while under there care and although it all worked out not once did they acknowledge what happened. The only thing they could say was "not out problem." Thanks, Team Toyota!
RecommendedThis is my first Toyota and I brought my vehicle here after seeing the previous owner had my vehicle serviced here! Brian was great let me know from the jump how long the recall would take (plus the oil change) they were onpoint and timely! I will be back! Now I see why people buy Toyota’s! It’s for the quality service like this!
So I am from Georgia and just came in from my 130000ish mile oil change. The tech comes by and tries to talk me into a $600 dollar tune up and lists things needed. One of those was sparkplugs which he tried to convince me had never been changed. Which were just changed at 112000 miles. He also mentions topping off coolant for five times the price of a quart at autozone. He doesn't know that I have a log of all my services on my phone. Do not use this dealership! They don't listen and are not helpful. My 89 year old father just bought a car from them - yes, he's happy with the car. But they totally ignored his request to re-use his old license plates. So now we have a new registration with new plates and will have to either go to DMV to get a new registration or contact e-z pass and AAA to coordinate registrations and license plates. My wife just leased a 2018 Corolla, replacing her 2015 leased Corolla. Too bad all the emails sent to our email address are thanking me instead of her. Doesn’t anyone check these things before sending?
Had my 03 corolla serviced and bought a brand new 18 corolla directly after my appointment. They would not refund my maintenance cost for the car that i traded into them that they would've had to do anyway. Not a good way to keep a customer and i am thinking about not doing my maintenance here and taking my business elsewhere.
