Never again. Never a Toyota again. I have a "major safety recall" and they lie about the time of the parts coming in. That's nice. They tell me my car doesn't burn oil. Okay didn't realize it was normal to put 493629 quarts of oil in my car every month. Oh wait- it's not! The engines are crap and they know it. Customer service is really pathetic. We are on our 4th vehicle from Team Toyota Princeton. Great experience every time. Bill Rein always care of us and also family members!
Two calls and a 60 mile drive to tell me what was and what wasn't covered under warranty of a car purchased at this very dealer. (They should know) and wanted to charge a $65 diagnostic to tell me that. If you buy from them , just a heads up they are an ordinary dealer in service and follow up. No one has an answer.
Sales guy was a typical slimy sales guy. When we told him that the price of the $40,000 car we were looking at was $1,000 over our budget he told us we were looking at the wrong brand and that a Toyota wasn't for us. The sales manager was just as bad telling us that he didn't need our sale because his numbers were just fine without our sale. Awful experience.
