This is got to be the worse dealership in NJ. We agreed on a used car signed a contract and the paper works. They charge 3K on my credit card and the rest paid on a check. The car was missing Valance Panel and they told me that they will fix it when I pick up the car the next day. Well, the next day got a call from the dealer they told me that they are not going to fix anything on this car. I can take the car as-is or cancel the sale. Good experience with Jamir, he was very energetic and helpful. We were happy with the new car. The pricing is straight forward, easy to understand. Due to the shortage of this particular model, there really isn't any discount around the market. This dealership managed to not charge over the sticker price, which is appreciated.
Excellent experience, start to finish, with the purchase of a Toyota certified used car. It was difficult to find the exact car we were looking for with used cars in such high demand. Highly recommend Brian Jackson who was very helpful in getting us just what we were seeking at a very good price.
We had a wonderful buying experience. Our Salesman, Roger J. was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had received a letter from Princeton Toyota about trading in my 2017 and they made and beat the monthly payment that was promised.
