I just bought 2021 prius prime at team toyota of princeton. Roger Jespersen is the man. He don’t rush you. He make sure you like the car. I been test driving cars. He just give the keys no question ask. Thanks to my loi “lucky” tran my finance manager. He’s a good guy too. Thank you guys.

The management of this dealership decided to let a Honda Pilot be sold with bald tires and a leaking rack and pinion steering. This I am sure is not the first nor the last this will happen, as these greedy horrible sales manager types are not going to pay for the well being of their prospective customers. It was promised to be quick and easy, but three hours later Lucky the finance guy was still lobbing baskets or whatever they do to waste time...all said by calling ahead and picking my car by internet. God told me to pick this place. It is all about Ray Medina who works the horrible system and takes amazing care of his clients..me. the Honda Pilot 08 was prepped ready to go and cash would not have made the sale smoother so we financed. Then dealer cared for all DMV issues

Ray was outstanding and Team Toyota went far above my expectations. I found a Highlander on Cars.com, but live 4 hours away and couldn't make to the dealership until the next weekend to check it out. I was 99% sure I wanted it. Ray arranged for me to give a deposit and held the car, took it off the market, until I visited to make a decision. 100% money back if I didn't like it, and they wouldn't sell it to anyone else.
