I'm was sitting here getting an oil change 20 minutes later they want to come up to me and say that the dran plug is striped.....???? So they recommend to buy a new oil pan all most 700$ .....???? Really that is a new oil pan and a new motor. Six months old with a new oil pan and now they want me to buy the oil pan 175$ and they throw it on for free knowing dam well they striped it
Through it all I really was not satisfied with the way things were handled, but there is only so much to be pissed about & then you move on. I don't and will not forget so basically I do not take my FJ there for service & it's now up to my wife as to whether or not she still wants to give them her money and business. The initial resolve seemed like everything would at least work out (that's why my first review was positive); however Team Toyota Of Princeton dropped the ball too many times to my liking.
Stopped by this morning, 5 degrees outside, had a tire light on. Thought, here we go, flat tire coming. Service Department still busy as usual. Shannon took my info. She said while you are here, we can complete the Toyota 10,000 mile service, rotate tires, oil change, etc. I thought, here we go, 2 hours waiting. Let me tell you, everything was completed in less than 45 minutes. Shannon told me, your car is ready. I was so happy.
