As I approached the dealership, the sales staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or attentive, which made the initial impression a bit underwhelming. However, the dealership itself was neat, clean, and well-organized. Kobe was very friendly and helpful. He made the overall experience much more positive.

Excellent first-service experience for my 2025 Camry at Toyota of Dallas! The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient.
