Horrible experience, waited and waited and waited for help. Needed to sell back my stepfather's truck back because he passed away. Wanted a lousy 700 something dollars to sell the car back. The car was worth $21,000, and they wanted $ $ 700 from my Mom. Really!!! Ridiculous!! Over $700! Nobody could make that go away! This sucks!
Toyota doesn't stand by its products. Unfortunately, they will be losing this customer who has purchased two brand new Camrys over the past several years...all because they won't replace their faulty moon roof on a 2014.5 vehicle that's only two years old. Shame on you, Toyota!
