We interacted with two departments in the car buying process - Sales and Finance. - Sales, by Rob Moran was absolute pleasure because of his responsiveness, transparency, and humility. Would strongly recommend Rob, and would love to buy another car from him any day - Finance, on the other hand was the worst experience thus far.
