We purchased a used car from Michael Hillocks in June and the transaction went well. Michael was pleasant, calm, and gave us no pressure. A pleasure to work with compared to some aggressive sales people we encountered at other dealers. We were able to bring the car to the local AAA for a quick check before deciding to purchase. We had a misunderstanding about getting our car inspected in PA vs NJ, but we love the car and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

I saw such positive reviews for Team Toyota of Princeton that I didn't hesitate to go there when I saw a car I liked on their site. So I don't know if the reviews online apply to new car or used car sales but my experience buying a used car was really disappointing. Rob was easy to deal with, patiently walked me through the purchase through out the whole process, and was the only dealer I found that offers MSRP without markup.
After having visited a few other dealers that disappointed me with big dealer markups or didn't even listen to what I was looking for, working with Roger was a very pleasant experience. He was quick in responding to emails, gave me the price and conditions upfront, and is very knowledgeable. He explained to me about every single button on the day I purchased and I was very impressed.

They have a WORST customer service ever. I have been going to Team Toyota of Princeton since 2008 but I'll never use them again after how I was treated. I received an email coupon from them, which was catered to my 2008 Camry for Synthetic oil change and they didn't honor it and when I asked why they didn't have answer. Then Vishala Patel and Michele Rosen both service managers started talk to each other right front of me saying he does this all the time.
