Alpha Agujar had harassed me for a review so I gave her a review to get her off my back and she told me the day that I picked up my car that she will call and/or the dealership will call to let me know about my plates. Called and made an appointment to do a check of a used Toyota I am purchasing. Person over the phone was great and set an appointment for a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase. Quoted me a price of 159.99 and told me it included doing a once over and checking all the batteries including the battery pack. Seller wasn't sure if they could make it so I had to cancel the appointment. Seller freed up and called the dealer and they told her to stop in anytime before 6 and they could do it. Substandard Toyota dealership. I had a good experience when purchasing my car from them, but that changed when I brought my vehicle for the 10K maintenance. Absolutely uncaring, zero communication, did not perform maintenance as listed on the service report.
