Purchased many cars from this dealer! Would not buy anything from them again! After being told I was a V.I.P customer.... wouldn’t budge on a price for new car! Sales Rep.And managers very nasty!

why bother nothing will get done sales team gets butt hurt when you dont like deal sales manager does know a lot of stuff cashier has no sense of humor and finance managers sell warranties that dont work and service writers also dont help you out they love to charge for everything all dealers are the same so again why bother

We will no longer be taking any of our Toyota’s to this dealership . Several months ago I noticed the CD holder in my car was missing after I took it to Team Toyota, which has several CD’s I’ve collected over the years including many Time/Life collections . A week later when I went to play a CD in the CD player in my car ,the CD no longer ejects out of it any more even though there are 2 CD’s in it . I believe they tampered with it . There are other places to take my vehicle to . They are very dishonest,
Terrible sales manager who completely disregarded basic requests. Terribly sad He is using 1980 sales techniques designed with his interests in mind. Very sad. So, I walked I also understand the same owner has Langhorne so I will avoid that place too

Their service (especially financial) is a straight up runaround. No on calls you back, and when you finally do get in touch with someone their attitude is off the charts. Told me I was being sarcastic (literally) seconds ago, when I was making a joke about the fact that he had yet to ask me for my name, let alone my account info. He sounded really nervous too.
