Pleasant Staff – Talis has really made my day today. I just got off the phone with several of their managers, and Talis people are always so pleasant. Most of the people I deal with are not as nice as they are.
Great Job! – I have been a homeowner at Brittany Woods for over 6 years now. Larry at Talis Management has really turned our property around 180 degrees. He has worked hard with our board of directors take a poorly managed property to one that I am proud of. Last nights annual meeting was the best ever. Prompt and professional – My husband and I have been Talis Management HOA homeowners for almost two years. On the few occasions that we have had some needs or issues they have been addressed and taken care of in a very professional and timely manner. As a home owner and a local residential real estate broker I think highly of the Talis Management team.

Talis+intelligence=rationality – Okay, to clear things up, that classic VW bug parked in the guest spot is mine. It saddens me that if I parked a 1993 Toyota Corolla, disheveled, with mismatched paint and bruised fenders that Talis would never be attacked and harassed to remove it. This tasteless, over poster has obviously been holding a grudge against this company for awhile. Talis = Terrible – We are very unsatisfied with the service we've received from Talis. Example: A BROKEN DOWN JUNK CAR has sat in a GUEST PARKING SPACE for so many months I've lost count. AND YES!!! THAT'S A BAG OVER THE CAR'S TAILPIPE, SO TALIS CAN'T SAY THEY DIDN'T KNOW BECAUSE THE CAR ACTUALLY ADVERTISES THAT IT IS INOPERABLE. The Worst of the Worst HOA – Buyer BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst HOA ever!!! They do not respond to serious issues for wihch they are responsible. They make decisions regarding your home, for which you pay the mortgage, that are totally incorrect and unreasonable. They do not properly maintain the exterior, as is their responsibility, and when interior damage results, they claim you are responsible for the expense of repair.
