Wonderful Company! The Talis managers are the best around, professional and dedicated, they answer their phones and are in our community often. We have had Talis managing our community for many years and would not have anyone else, thank you from Brittany Woods!

Highly Recommend Talis - Most of these comments are probably from residents that violate the covenants--don't cut their grass, leave trash cans outside their garage door, have junk cars in the driveway, then lash out at the HOA when they get called on it. Talis has been wonderful cleaning up our neighborhood, commercial vehicles are gone (beer trucks and broken down old limosines lingered for months prior to Talis). Stuck with the worst HOA company! – From what I have heard, they are run by Toll Brothers so if you live in a Toll community it should come as no surprise this is who they use as their "community management". That said, if given the choice I would never use them as an HOA company. If in the business I would never use them. Unfortunately for us we don't have that choice right now. Not Impressed – I am not by any means impressed with Talis Management. I'm not typically a suspicious person, but I have to believe there are many employees posting these reviews. I live in Brier Creek and I have never experienced this impressive customer service SOOOO many other reviewers are raving about. Grateful Board member – THANK YOU for all you do for our community. In particular, thanks to the Talis manager for helping to make the Board meeting last evening a productive one. Her “level-headed” approach is just what we need. From where I sat, I believe she came away with a majority of the work. However, it is a wonderful consolation knowing that our neighborhood concerns are in her hands. More nuisance than help – I'm not impressed at all with Talis. For what I see, they are a nuisance and we'd be better off as a community without them. I don't see any of the friendliness described elsewhere. I see that are more interested in being bill collectors. They don't respond to emails. They aren't here to help you work through something like the need for a storage building. I'm sure they follow the covenants to the letter and do only what they have to do, but they don't offer solutions. I don't see that they worked w... read more
