I absolutely HATE Talis Management! That statement is worth repeating! AND, I've never hated anyone in my entire life so that should tell you something! They are a bunch of bullies that do nothing but collect bill payments and attempt to do whatever to figure out how they get more money out of you. I meant to post this earlier. When I got back to The Oaks after our meeting Wednesday, I checked the drain intake across the parking lot across from 8241. We had talked about this Tuesday..... The landscaping crew had blown out the accumulated leaves and cleaned off the grate. Super responsiveness from both you and Plant Nuie. Thank you!
It is not surprising the amount of negative reviews Talis Management receives and I'm excluding the fake overzealous reviews of how much people "love" Talis. Folks, this company has zero investment in the neighborhoods they micro manage other then collecting $ for their salaries. Instead of looking out for homeowners best interests, they seek out opportunities when problems arise to make an extra buck. I am not one to do this often, but when I receive exceptional service, I think it should be noted. I was needing some help today with HOA covenants and such, and Chelsea proved more then helpful. She took the time to sit with me, talk me through some things and help me understand what I needed to do to resolve what was going on. You have a very STRONG employee in her!! I hope you will know how invaluable she is to you and Talis Management.

I didn't get a chance to say this at the meeting but I wanted to extend my thanks to Talis, Crystal and the Board. I think that the issues/complaints may often outweigh the kudos that are given to the team for keeping Glenwood North such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. And as I said at the meeting, there a lot of us that are extremely grateful for what the Parking Committee has done to deter curb/street parking. As a 18 year Realtor, 20 year Residential Property Manager and 8 year HOA Board volunteer, I really appreciate Talis' proactive measure of posting on the community websites, the items covered by HOA dues in the communities you manage. It makes it effortless to inform residents and buyers in these communites. Hopefully it also saves your staff some time! Thanks for your professionalism.
