My neighbor behind me advised they are replacing their stockade fence. Their present fence is buried three inches in the ground and blocks all rain water going down the hill. It has already killed my sod across the entire back area. I asked if they could have the new fence 1/2 inch above the soil line. The owner will not agree. I've tried dealing with TALIS to no avail. No response to recent calls. It seems they are really "on the fence" and can't make a decision! Christensen
I want to thank you enormously for the job you have done in our community this year. I appreciate all the time you have spent working with the pool committee and the contractors for the BMP's. I am excited to know that repairs will get done to our pool area and that it will look nice for next summer. To get order to the BMP's will be a great asset to our community.
I want to say a special thank-you for being such a great team to work with. I can honestly say I have never been happier in a HOA situation. A special expression of appreciation for Shaneika. Talis is only interested in their own profits. They spend HOAs monies without proper authority, and don't do competitive bids on contracts. They waste HOAs monies on legal fees to protect themselves instead of homeowners. They fail to deliver on homeowners' rights. REPEATEDLY. They are run by vile and unethical management without checks from ownership. They deserve to be sued again and again - except - they put a Hold Harmless clause in all agreements so the HOA takes the hit for them. DESPICABLE.

I called Talis about putting in new windows in our townhome. I spoke with J*** who was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated her knowledge of our property, the HOA board meetings & the details of getting our architectural request in on time. Her expertise really mattered as our board only meets every 2 months. Thank you. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.
Nobody ever there can not get help Homeowners dues keep going up since they took over and they are totally unresponsive

Very Bad experience with Talis Management Personnel. Overall this company has zero investment in the neighborhoods.
