Take 5 located at ************************************* changed my oil and after not putting oil in my engine locked it. The manager came out to my house and put oil in my truck by that time the engine had already locked up.I would like to have my engine replaced and get paid for the lost wages the truck is used to deliver.
I had to give one star to report this! Take 5 on ********** in ******* is the worst! They told my daughter they didnt have the oil she needed for her car but was using a replacement 3 hours later her car fell dead in the middle of the freeway! She was almost hit multiple times trying to get her car out the middle of the freeway to a safe spot! Took my car in for an Oil Change @ TAKE 5 - ***************************************. After checking my wiper fluid, I was told that my plug popped out after attempting to add wiper fluid, and the fluid leaked out all over everywhere. I've had fluid added on my previous oil change and no leak was identified non did the plug ever pop out. I went to rhe ******************************************************************* location for a oil change. first employee I met told me it was a hour wait because (2) two cars were ahead of me. which seems odd since they advertise five minute service. I told him I'll wait, it took 15 -20 minutes at the most. They told me my car was serviced and I paid and left. They put the wrong oil in my car and would not do anything about it
am reaching out regarding an issue that I had with Take 5 oil change, an oil change service located here in Charlotte. I had my vehicle serviced at 8716 S. Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28273. September 15th at around 10am I had my vehicle serviced at Take 5 oil change. The Tech that serviced my vehicle, made a mistake and misplaced the wrong fluids in my Audi Q7. So this is how you guys do oil changes? Ripped the splash shield from the bolts & sent me out the door with the dragging & eventually flying off in the middle of the road. Also a loose drain plug resulting in a leak. NO CALL BACK from GM, over a week!
I went to take five oil change in Lakewood and they mess my oil filter up causing all my oil to leak out so damage some things I have gave them a call and did not get a response yet from no manager or nothing so I will be taking this up small claim
