WARNING!??????DO NOT COME HERE!I came here for an oil change on 5/6/2022 and left with my car dripping oil to the point where we can't drive it. I asked for a synthetic oil change. Once getting back to work and realizing I was given a regular oil change and charged the price for synthetic.I called the balconies location and spoke to a woman and asked how long do your synthetic oil changes last? Took car in for oil change and they rolled back the mileage from ****** to ***** according to the invoice. We had an engine problem and when using our warranty tried to get the invoice corrected but they informed the warranty company that we told them what mileage to put on the invoice so the warranty is null and void now. So to say we are not able to get the engine replaced due to their neglagence in putting the correct mileage on the invoice. Hi,This morning, I took my car to a Take 5 Oil Shop in *******, ** on ************ have an Infiniti Q50, and when I arrived I expected just a regular oil change. When I realized that it was taking longer than normal I knew there was an issue. At first your technician told me that my car has a unique oil cap and they were trying to figure out how to get it back on safely. Have a 2018 ****** Altima that has a blown head gasket, #1 value engine caused my piston to brake and timing chain to slip from a lack of oil immediately after I received my last oil change (I thought I received) there. The mechanic said I never got a correct oil change and the wrong oil was being put in my car. A 2018! My wife recently had her oil changed at take 5 Battleground location, ********** **. As soon as we noticed a leak, checked the oil= bone dry. I had to put a quart just to safely drive it to the nearest Take 5 Nth main **********, **. The manager there '****' outstanding job at calming me down, addressing my concerns. I visited one of your locations on 4APR22 at 2:32 pm. Long story short I came in for an oil change and during the process your team broke my transmission dipstick tube. ******************* (Mgr on duty) assisted his team members with trying to repair the mishap but was unsuccessful, at which time he called an auto parts store and handed me a part number stating I could pick up the part from there and have it installed. The customer did not provide any details about what location this occurred at or any information to properly investigate this claim of damage
I took my car to take 5 for a oil change a couple days later engine blew I took it to a mechanic to see why the engine blew it was because my car was running low on oil but I had just got a oil change at take 5 I have tried to get in contact with somebody at take 5 and nobody has answers
