Got a oil change back in 12/23/21 got my car back it was shaking and the check engine like was on. Im still waiting on HR to call me back
I was given incorrect prices. I was told the service would be $62.99 then charged me an extra $23.97 for extra oil without warning me that my vehicle requires more than five quarts. By the time I was given the **** the oil change had been completed. So I had no choice. If they did not readily know that a high performance vehicle requires more than 5 quarts they should be responsible and place information into system in order to provide a proper estimate. I feel cheated
I went to take 5 last august really wish I wouldnt have after the employees broke my dipstick and advised me they would get another I didnt hear back from them , 2 weeks later my engine blew because the oil was coming out the top of my engine . I tried getting in touch with the regional manager for 2 weeks after finally talking to him he admitted fault!!! Then him and somebody else went to the mechanic shop my car was at and admitted fault to our mechanic but when he talked to his upper boss he said it wasnt their fault !!!W... read more
This company overfilled my oil reservoir causing engine failure and have failed to approve repairs or obtaining me a rental for 7 weeks. No one will contact me or respond to emails.

Super shady business practices. Went to *****, ** location and they told me $49 for an oil change. Only after taking the oil out of my car, did they tell me that the price has changed to $89. Employee, than tells me I have to buy this oil change, if I want to leave. Absolutely ridiculous!
Fraud stay away, will mess up your vehicle and push services on you you don't need. Over filled my oil 2 quarts, took vehicle back. Wanted to charge me for another oil change. Only 500miles on last one. *********************** would have a party with these jokers and should take them out ASAP! Do not go there pure scammers. Zero Stars
I took my Cadillac CTS to Take 5 in Poinciana and it was the worst decision I have ever made in my lift. First, my is garage kept with only ****** miles. ***** getting my oil changed, my car started leaking oil. I then immediately took my car back, the same day, to give them a chance to correct the leak. They told me there was excess oil that spill in my engine compartment. After getting my oil changed at this place two days later my engine locked because of no coolant and water and I also had no washer fluid I attempted to contact them they informed me that they were responsible and something happened in those two days to cause this issue
