Like many of the reviews that are posted here, my local Take 5 failed to properly install the oil filter on my ******* *** leaked in my garage and inside the engine bay (the filter is a canister type accessible from the top). I contacted the local store and was told the owner's rep ******* does not speak to customers. This seems more than unusual - but I then reached out to using several tools on the corporate website. This customer contacted customer service several times for various issues, which were all addressed. Case TAK-****** was opened and escalated to the shop manager and district manager and a manager was asked to call the customer back to discuss the leaking oil filter and oil stains. On January 7, 2022 we took our car for an oil change at *************************************************** and the mechanic put the cap on wrong. We currently can not get an oil change because no one wants the responsibility of taking the oil cap off in fear they can not put it back on. We are stuck not having a facility in our area in Georgia that can change our oil. We need your assistance in contacting the take 5 owners of this facility to contact us.

How tf are these mfs still open and they have all these negative comments about them and Ive went the 3 time and they didnt put no oil back in my car and it broken down.. do not go there for s***

Poor, non knowledgeable, unprofessional services. From an unfortunate Repeated customer nearly a decade. I request my funds to be returned. Seemingly the shop manager ***** responded in approximately a couple weeks. 

Business response:

The shop opened case # TAK-****** to refund this customer. Customer will be sent a refund for ***** to her home address. I am not clear on this review. The customers issue was resolved.

I have used the Franks on Forest Drive for years. The long-time owners recently sold the business, I have tried the business under the new owners twice and will not go back or recommend it. They left the windows smudged and streaked, They also did not lift the front or back wipers to clean the glass under them so that remained dirty, In my mind a formerly good business turned bad.

After canceling my recurring autopay membership in June 2022, I have now been charged for the 4th month in a row. After numerous attempts to get this issue resolved (July, August, September) was told by Alecby text that he would personally make sure this was taken care of and no further charges would be made to my canceled account. What a joke. I was charged again for October. I finally have canceled my credit card so no further fraudulent charges can be made any longer. I have been holding back leaving a review for quite some time now trying to give this company a chance to make their mistakes right. But it turns out they dont care about their customers and dont want to take responsibility for damages that has been caused by irresponsible employees. On 06/11/22 I took my car in for a simple oil change that cost me a total of $81.40 so you would think at that price they would have employees that knew how to do their job.
