On 06/09/2022 I went to the Take 5 on ********************************************************* around 10:20 AM EST. I went for an oil change, and was talked into a coolant exchange. This would have been ok if it was a drain and fill. It was not. The force of the machine blew out my water pump and caused a leak that cost $583.00 to repair.

The Take 5 coolant exchange is a drain and fill service. No pressure is put on the coolant system with the coolant exchange machine. The service at Take 5 did not blow out this customers water pump.
1 star is too much. There should be a minus 1. Went in to the one in ************ for a coolant flush. It's supposed to be a COOLANT FLUSH! They hooked up the machine to my car. All it did was take the old coolant out and replace it with new coolant. I asked them if everything was fine. They said yes. THEY DID NOT FLUSH THE SYSTEM OUT NOR DID THEY BLEED THE *** OUT EITHER CAUSING MY ENGINE TO OVERHEAT TO THE POINT THAT I COULDN'T DRIVE TO WORK COSTING ME MORE MONEY THAN WHAT I ORIGINALLY PAID. WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY ARE SLOW AND WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE!!!I took my van for an oil change on 05/31/22 it was around 3:30 4PM when I brought it in, they stripped the oil plug and they said that they were going to an auto parts store to get another one and it seems like they stripped that one too and cracked my oil pan and I was wondering why it was taking 2 hours to do an oil change and they had they audacity to tell me "don't blame us for something we didn't do" then, why would they get another oil... read more

I requested to cancel my membership due to the car wash always being closed on nice days and was repeatedly ignored. I finally had to call my bank and stop payments because the never contacted me after several attempts to cancel. Horrible consumer support
WARNING!??????DO NOT COME HERE!I came here for an oil change on 5/6/2022 and left with my car dripping oil to the point where we can't drive it. I came in and popped my hood and they started the oil change and poking around my car. Then I saw the three technicians working on my car whisper right out of my ear shot. I asked for a synthetic oil change. Once getting back to work and realizing I was given a regular oil change and charged the price for synthetic.I called the balconies location and spoke to a woman and asked how long do your synthetic oil changes last? Took car in for oil change and they rolled back the mileage from ****** to ***** according to the invoice. We had an engine problem and when using our warranty tried to get the invoice corrected but they informed the warranty company that we told them what mileage to put on the invoice so the warranty is null and void now. So to say we are not able to get the engine replaced due to their neglagence in putting the correct mileage on the invoice. Hi,This morning, I took my car to a Take 5 Oil Shop in *******, ** on ************ have an Infiniti Q50, and when I arrived I expected just a regular oil change. When I realized that it was taking longer than normal I knew there was an issue. At first your technician told me that my car has a unique oil cap and they were trying to figure out how to get it back on safely.
