This has been the worst experience that I have had with ANY place of business that I have visited. When I visited this establishment back in the beginning of February I checked my bank account to review my finances and I saw they charge me 3 times for performing one service. I called immediately and brought it to their attention and they assured me that the other 2 charges would drop off and be refunded. Do NOT go to Take 5 Oil Change!!! They told me the bolt could not come off and the threads were stripping and to go to the people who did my last oil change. On my way to the prior place, I HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OIL LEAK. I get to the new place and they informed me Take 5 DID take the bolt off, did not know how to reseal it, and just 1/2 put in on, hence the significant oil leak. Absolutely a sham!

An employee during my visit yesterday was very rude and then when i told him to not talk to me rude like that he walked away and threatened to hit me and when i asked him if that's what he actually said, he charged my vehicle wanting to fight! This was at 1025 N. Navy Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32507. He was about 5'5, 150lbs smaller black gentleman. Unprofessional. Charged for the most expensive oil and then when pouring the oil into the car used a plain Tupperware jug and then said did not ha e stickers for me to put on my car. 3 days later oil is leaking from under the car. Tried to call that location as well as corporate and all voicemails are full and no one answers. Poor customer service.

On April 14, 2021, I had my oil changed! Then I started smelling burnt oil coming into the car when I would stop at a light! Thankfully my car quit because of another reason & I had to have it towed! The mechanic found the oil filter wasn't tight & oil had leak out all over the underneath of my car. The dipstick for the transmission wasn't down in the tube & there wasn't any fluid left. I could have lost both my engine & transmission! This is wrong! When I went into their reviews I found that this is an on going problem!

Customer visited shop #411, invoice #XXXXX. It is stated on the invoice that the vehicle had an oil leak from rear main seal and oil pan gasket on arrival. This was noted on the customer invoice prior to providing any service. Take 5 is not responsible for the issue in this consumer complaint. DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE! The associate was inebriated, they used old oil, only put less than a quart of oil in my vehicle, and to top it off, they didn't screw the oil plug in all the way! Endangering myself and others! I have a picture to show how much oil was in my vehicle after they were the last ones to touch it. And they also will try to get you to pay for services that you don't need or con you into paying more for an oil change. Went to Take 5 oil change at **** ******* Rd, San Antonio, TX 78245 today 4/7/21 and I only went there to get wiper fluid (free). They insisted on changing my filters, which weren't even dirty and insisted they had no coupons when they did. I'm from Houston NEVER had a problem with my car or Take 5, but as soon as I pulled out the lot, my air conditioner WAS NOT BLOWING AT ALL. Take 5's stance has not changed due to this review. Take 5 did not damage this customers air conditioning system, and we certainly didn't release Freon from the system. Shop #184 has a video of this customers service and it clearly shows that the customers air condition system was NOT damaged during the service. In addition, a Technician cannot simply press a valve or turn a bolt and release a customers Freon from their system. Releasing Freon from a vehicle requires special tools to collect the Freon gas that is pressurized... read more

Took my 2020 Toyota Tacoma to have my oil done they forgot to put 2 of my skid plate bolts back in and the other 2 that they did put in is rounded off the plate is about to fall out from under my truck if it did and killed someone I hope take 5 is to blame I have the paper work showing I used y'all last will not do business with take 5 again
