Well went to take 5 in ********** *** the did a pre alignment inspections and was told to replace ball joints steering link and I asked if there was any thing else to be replaced they sed no they did alignment **** k later my bran new predictor mutant tier 1500$ had bin chewed took it back because I thought they would come good for there service no instead now u need new track bar and ball joint an not going to replace my tier then sed well tiers fine but its ****** now bin 2 days brought them the track bar guy could not eve... read more
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!! Within 20 minutes of my teenage son leaving this business his oil light came on, car started shaking violently and wouldnt accelerate. Their faulty service left my teenage son stranded on the 202 and in a very dangerous situation. There was little empathy from their terrible technicians when i went there to find out what they did to my sons car before having his car towed to have real technicians fix their damage.

Disgusting management and DM. Im still waiting for a refund. Overcharged. Over promised and under delivered. Bullied when asked about the charges, and extremely uncomfortable but manager claims he could not compensate.
They broke my mass air flow sensor and wires!!! My car is now in the shop and not drivable until repaired!! When changing my air filter they broke my sensor when they were removing the cover. The guy struggled with getting it off and I didnt know the damage was done until later in the day when my car stalled out in traffic and I almost got slammed into!
On 06/09/2022 I went to the Take 5 on ********************************************************* around 10:20 AM EST. I went for an oil change, and was talked into a coolant exchange. This would have been ok if it was a drain and fill. It was not. The force of the machine blew out my water pump and caused a leak that cost $583.00 to repair.

The Take 5 coolant exchange is a drain and fill service. No pressure is put on the coolant system with the coolant exchange machine. The service at Take 5 did not blow out this customers water pump.
1 star is too much. There should be a minus 1. Went in to the one in ************ for a coolant flush. It's supposed to be a COOLANT FLUSH! They hooked up the machine to my car. All it did was take the old coolant out and replace it with new coolant. I asked them if everything was fine. They said yes. THEY DID NOT FLUSH THE SYSTEM OUT NOR DID THEY BLEED THE *** OUT EITHER CAUSING MY ENGINE TO OVERHEAT TO THE POINT THAT I COULDN'T DRIVE TO WORK COSTING ME MORE MONEY THAN WHAT I ORIGINALLY PAID. WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY ARE SLOW AND WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE!!!I took my van for an oil change on 05/31/22 it was around 3:30 4PM when I brought it in, they stripped the oil plug and they said that they were going to an auto parts store to get another one and it seems like they stripped that one too and cracked my oil pan and I was wondering why it was taking 2 hours to do an oil change and they had they audacity to tell me "don't blame us for something we didn't do" then, why would they get another oil... read more

I requested to cancel my membership due to the car wash always being closed on nice days and was repeatedly ignored. I finally had to call my bank and stop payments because the never contacted me after several attempts to cancel. Horrible consumer support
