My husband took my car to the #18 ( Bluebonnet) location to get my oil change and my car was damage while he was there. While the guys were changing my oil the workers did not used their props to hold up the hood. So the hood of my car was blown back by the wind and it crack my windshield. The employees told him to come back Monday and talk to the manager so my windshield could get replace. I had the Hammond, La location change my oil, 3 weeks later my engine is ruined. It has been diagnosed with engine and turbo failure. The oil filter installed is not made for any application of Ford vehicle, which I drive, and I have the invoice that reflects the wrong filter. I have tried going through their proper channels but they denied my claim.

Mr. ********* had his oil changed at our facility in Hammond. Approximately 1,700 miles later, he changed his oil himself, saying that he heard engine noise. He then disassembled the filter that we had installed, looking for a defect or check valve not working. He then brought the vehicle to the dealer for an engine diagnostic when no defect was found with the filter. They quoted him over $17k for a new engine and turbos.
