This was my first time using Sutter Urgent Care and i had a great experience. I got beaten up by my one brain cell ginger cat. And when i say i got beaten up, i really got jumped by this demon. Neighbor’s dog chased after my son, Persimmon. and i picked him up, but dog followed behind me and my cat ended up jumping me instead of the dog. The medical assistant and doctor were the very best I’ve ever experienced anywhere. They were calm, compassionate, and caring. They were thorough and looked me in the eyes and seemed genuinely interested in my well being and satisfaction. I really wish I could have them as my primary team! For an urgent care, it was a surprisingly quick, smooth process in and out. Caring PA, clean facilities, Friendly and efficient staff. Great follow up
I got right in. The doctor was great and explained everything very well. He explained medication I needed and about my health concerns. All the staff were great.
