Had appointment canceled for a friend who was injured by law enforcement and has neck injury and causing seriously high blood pressure. He was to be released on furlough/nonviolent and when 'someone' called and identified them self as judge, the appointment was canceled and medical crisis ensued and still waiting to see a dr. Not the experience I had over the years--but contacting person said rules not to see inmates...discrimination!!!!!
