Doc Siegel is the best eye doctor I have ever been to and I’ve had vision correcting lenses for more than 30 years. Not only is his entire staff warm, friendly, and helpful, doc himself goes above and beyond for his patients. He has personally delivered my contacts to my home and repaired my sons eye glasses when the office was closed and he was Inside getting work done. He truly understands what quality vision care can look like and takes care of the people in our community.
Dr. Siegel answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to provide clear, detailed explanations. He worked diligently to help me order my daughter's contact lenses, and I truly appreciated his patience, professionalism, and excellent care.
Dr. Siegel is great until it's time to pick your glasses. They are incredibly overpriced, and the staff almost refuses to provide you with your prescription to shop elsewhere. The whole checkup every time is just them trying to sell sell sell. Doesn't even feel like you are at the doctor's lol.
Thank you to a wonderful staff who always greets me by name and makes sure to say good bye too! They are all so sweet! Rose, Dr.Siegel, and Dr.Otto are great at what they do. I’ve been coming here for years and we’re onto a new stage with contacts for my son. They are all so amazing I highly recommend their top notch services, so stopping scrolling you found the perfect office for you and your family!!
Dr. Otto is knowledgeable and a friendly doctor. I would recommend him to people with vision ailments for a thorough and in depth analysis. Staff is friendly and accomodating
