I have been seeing Dr. Otto for dry eye, and I have to say I never thought I would be so impressed with going to the eye doctor! The entire office staff is so friendly and welcoming that I genuinely feel at home when I'm there. Fantastic experience every time! The staff is friendly, and appointments run on time with no long waits. The doctors are thorough, take the time to explain any concerns, and never make you feel rushed. They have a small, well-curated selection of designer frames and can order anything you need—without any pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend!
Reception was pleasant, Dr. Otto was kind, professional and made me feel welcome on my first visit, Rose was top notch in helping me find the perfect frames. Patient funny and honest. 10 out 10 will go back!
Best eye care center in NJ. Dr Siegel is the best. He is very professional, nice and explains everything. Staff is wonderful. Always friendly and helpful. I love how I can go in for adjustments if needed. Highly recommend.
It was our first visit with Vision Source of Mt Olive and I have to say they are awesome to work with. They are professional and at the same time they are very warm to their clients. They are very helpful and do not place any pressure on you that you need to purchase eye glasses. Also, the Dr has a wonderful bedside manner. He wants to make sure you understand what he is doing and why. I would recomend this practice to anyone.
