Was with them for 2 years over the last 4 months the dr dotta lowered my flower amount per 30 days without even telling me, when I went to order my normal script each fortnight it was flagged and cancelled, after talking to Alteraleaf staff they told me it was the dr dotta, when U spoke to dr dotta he told me it wSsnt him, constant lies from both parties, I have since left these liars and hound grove health, wonderful people have increased my gram amount each month so I don't have same problems I happy to supply the call rec... read more

This is the worst customer experience I have ever seen in my 28 years of life. Here are some dot points of their incompetence. - Doctor just didnt show up to consulation - Got my Script approved (delivery only for some reason) - Transfered to Escript so I can pick up (took 5 days) - I get sent a confirmation Script release but they FORGOT to send me the actual escript - Impossible to get a hold of on the phone - Told that I need to get another consultation to receive an email they forgot to send - Did the consultation and w... read more

I dont actually have the correct words to advise how bad my experience was. Have been lied to several times which seems to be a common and unneccesary theme in other reviews. Given fraudulent information. They have taken money for product twice and still not delivered after being advised all issues were resolved. Please avoid and seek assistance with medical needs elsewhere. i am amazed they are still allowed to practice at all. Avoid. Unsure also how they rate a 4.7 most of the recent reviews are 1/5.
