I joined alternaleaf by recommendation and the reality couldn't of been further than the expected. Every time a made an order I was fronted with issues, either time, stock issues or just outright ignorance. Upon trying to deal with the issues I was left on wait on the phone several times for an hour at which the phone actually hangs up. Incredibly frustrating. The form has been made easy to fill in. Some questions asked, the drop down list helps immensely so that the answer can be filled in without having to look it up or spell it, that is a bonus. Next step is the Nurse, then hopefully the Doctor. I will rate it as I go.

It gets worse after they read this review they then processed me as a no-show and have sent me an email which means they're going to try and claim it on Medicare and I'm going to make sure Medicare knows what's actually happened. They kept asking for the same form to be filled out over and over again so I contacted them and I was emailed back quite quickly by Jerome who assured me a nurse would call.
