I came into the ER here for a broken nose and I've had to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours before being seen. They are severely understaffed and it should be a crime to continue running this hospital in the city of Vallejo offering less than adequate service. There is a man in the waiting room bleeding out from his hand leaking blood all over the floor and he isn't receiving any assistance. This hospital needs to be evaluated so they can correct these gross incompetent services.

My mom’s mammogram tech, Katie, provided excellent care. She was patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, made my mom comfortable though out her appointment. Thank you Katie!
Took my wife into ER due to high fever from skin infection. They took 2 small bottles and 6 vials of blood for testing. It took several hours for the doctor to see her. In the meantime, while waiting for the doctor in room, she was shivering from being cold. The nurse assigned to that room, named Risa, said she'll bring a blanket. After a few minutes waiting, I went to look for her and found her sitting and scrolling through her personal cell phone. I asked her where's the blanket?
