I normally have had wonderful experiences with Sutter, and excellent care. I find that most of the staff are awesome, and truly care about their patience. Well, this all changed last week when I had a horrific experience with this man, Dr M, someone that was designated to provide care for me, a person who took a vow not to harm. This is the absolute worst place! Husband has ankle surgery and they put staples on him to keep his incision closed but also put a hard cast on him, which they wasn't supposed to do!

I went to the hospital feeling very ill, the service was excellent but at the reception, then I went inside and they did a coke test and a blood test that was never ready, the test was positive but it didn't work.
