Waited months to be seen just to have them cancel my appointment 1 working day before and not accommodate me. Who does this and treats patients this way. I had to make arrangements to get the hearing test and appointment accommodated so I could go. They expect me to now do hearing test and appointment different days. Like people can just do that at a drop of a dime with work. Horrible professionalism. They said take it or do both 3 months from now. Horrible!!!!
