Super Star Car Wash changed my plan from $9.95 to $19.95 and then to $29.95 ... I feel robbed. I didn't pay close enough attention. You signed me up and then You kept charging me what I thought was $9.95, but I never agreed to an increase. I'm sure in the small / fine print you said you would do this ...but I feel taken advantage of. And I want to let the BBB know you did not have my approval for rate increases to my credit card when I was under the $9.95 impression.

You have the worst employees ever at the **** store now. Ever since the 2 young white guys left the site, it has gone down hill. Two black guys. One had dreads and wears glass and the other is a teenager, are rude, and disrespectful to customers. One follows the other around like a lost puppy. The lot is always a mess, and no towels. i usually get my car wash** her using the $11 wash.this time i opt** for the $15 monthly chg.I was chg ** $49. I am asking for a full refund.this happen** 8/27/24.I have this with one of my other cars and never a problem

My hubcap was damaged beyond repair and was not loose or in danger of being lost as I had driven thousands of miles with it firmly in ********* visit to Super Star Car Wash was enough to dislodge it and break the pins which held it in place. I was told they were not responsible and given the broken cap back after it was fished out of the bay. I would never utilize this service again, and the customer service following the incident was hardly appropriate or apologetic.

No 0 star option for Worst customer service ever! They don't give you a phone # to talk to a real person about a problem, instead they give you a card to email which takes days for a response. I had purchased their Super unlimited plan, and was being charged $27. mo., being from the military, I had to be out of town for a couple of months, so had plan put on hold, which they charge a ***** a month to do. When they first opened I gave them a try....major issues with equipment no water sprayed on the car brushes spinning on dry paint. Finally tried and was satisfied. Purchased annual car wash. 1st time I used it, August 8, same issue no water brushes spinning on dry paint. Talked to manager he said "impossible other cars go wet and washed".He then realized he failed to turn on the water pump at the start of the day. ALL cars before mine did not get washed. Absolutely unacceptable!
