I purchased a new vehicle a year ago and retired that license plate. The next wash I requested the attendant switch my membership to the new vehicle and provided new payment info. 11/24 I discovered that they were still billing me for the old account and the attendant did not transfer my membership but just opened a new one. I submitted my complaint 12/1, only automated email it was received, same 12/15. A third complaint 1/6 with no response. Telephone only takes you to an automated system, cannot speak to anyone. Literally impossible to cancel your membership and literally impossible to reach an actual person. The website you're directed to just puts you in a doom loop where you never get to cancel your membership or start a direct message conversation. Endlessly frustrating and feels like its all done on purpose to keep customers from canceling. I see ************************** is awful quick to respond when anyone complains on the BBB Website. They have been charging me twice a month. In order to cancel, their website forces you to input the last four digits of your credit card, license plate, etc. When I do that it always sends an error message. Their phone number is a dead end as well. I will be cancelling this with my bank! They are scam artists.

Awful business, suffered busted head injury due to poor maintenance. No recourse, no management, poorly maintained, money grab. No way to contact anyone of importance. Run by kids.

I would never have started at the new Superstar Carwash on Carefree Highway and purchased a lower level membership in January of 2024 if I had known what a horrible website and customer service they have. It seems like fraud to me when it is virtually impossible to contact anyone. No human being answers any phone call or email.Everything was fine until February when my membership somehow wouldn't work. I recently signed up to super star car wash i have a roof rack on my vehicle which i asked the attendant specifically if i can go through the wash with it she went to ask her manager who said yes i was able to go through it. I was not briefed on any terms and conditions which likely would have deterred me from signing up, i went through the wash twice with no issues at all, on my third time the attendant failed to press a button to retract the top brush causing the brush to push against my roof rack and damage the actual bod... read more

I have had a membership for a couple of years as the car wash is near our neighborhood. I have a custom AZ plate.....SVEH20....and the scanner only reads it correctly about 10% of the time. The rest of the time I have to HONK to get a team member's attention to manually provide access. Last week the employee suggested I speak to the manager who was not there that day and ask for a couple of complimentary months service for the inconvenience. Been waiting 5 months for repairs to my truck. Disappointing Experience and Lack of Accountability I took my 2020 TRD Pro Tacoma through the Super Star Carwash on Jomax Road, and it was a decision I deeply regret. During the wash, one of the machines damaged my side mirror, leaving it broken.Whats worse is how the situation was handled (or rather, not handled). Bought 2 memberships. It was nice when they opened. Service went down hill very quickly. One vehicle was damaged in the wash. They admitted their equipment was not properly bolted down causing my car to come off the tracks. The rims were severely damaged. The manager ***** said all the right things leading up to a complete shirking of responsibilty and denying to repair damage.
