I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people are THIEVES!!! When you sign up for a membership at $25/month, they double charge you so I had $50 taken out of my bank account each month. They dont allow you to talk to a human to cancel your membership, and youre supposed to cancel via the website. But, even after I cancelled on the website, THEY CONTINUED CHARGING ME $50/month!!! I was an unlimited customer of **********************. There wash and vacuum got to the point they would not clean the car. Their customer service is non existent. You can not contact a representative real time only through email. I canceled my membership in February but was still charged for that month. When I contacted SSCW about it through their website. Horrible I had a membership for months went there the other day and none of the vacuums were working and it's not the first time. I went online to cancel and to complain and the response told me that vacuums are not part of my membership...25 dollars and that they are just a courtesy why would anyone go to a carwash and not expect vacuums however she did make a point of letting me know I did not cancel fast enough and would be billed ..that's okay...that was not my point but she was rude and has no customer service skills...... read more
Contacted them three times trying to cancel my membership and stop the monthly charges. I moved from ************* and a half years ago. I called and tried sending an email. They could not find my account, even though I gave them all the information they requested. I just sent another request.********* ****

My vehicle was damaged by the car wash machine at this location (********* and **) on 1/21/2025. To date, no one has contacted me to discuss fixing my vehicle. *** opened a claim with SuperStar and Ive gotten nothing but the runaround. Im told they advised the store to contact me for weeks yet no one has contacted me. Great car wash but I am double charged every month and no one will address it. I am done with these folks. Very poor management for sure. I have provided everything they requested and so far I am $60 in the hole from double billing. I will never ever get affiliated with them again.
Check your bank account for double charges on the same vehicle. Created an account went in the second time. There scanner couldn't read my license plate. So they went to the office to get a scan bar code for my windsheild. He asked me if I had an account I told him yes. So I didn't know he created a second account for the same vehicle. They owe me back close to 3000 dollars. For the other account that I didn't create that was employee error. I asked if they could reimburse me for 20 months with no charge. I have now been charged an extra $50 for services not rendered. I have emailed asking for a refund and no response. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! I will never go to this carwash again. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service or ability to talk to a human.
