My daughter has moved to the east coast and for the last 3 months has been trying to cancel the account. All she gets is a run around They send her an email that says "they are working on it". *** does that mean? Amazing it takes 5 min to set it up, but months to cancel. Do better Super Star!!

Canadian snowbird here for winter. Purchased a monthly pass for truck with Canadian plates. Was told at this time I could drop in and see manager to cancel any time or cancel online. Debit card (American) was accepted and I went thru wash. Next time to wash, ******* did not recognize truck plate. Worker reviewed everything and sent me thru. Third visit and every one after same problem. Went to see manager to cancel but headquarters recently stopped them from doing so!! 03/19/2025 @10:30 AM your manager ******** told me to change lanes in tight quarters and he told me that he would direct me ,so I moved to another lane because the other lane was backing up maybe machine problem but he directed me and told me I was all clear and proceed I end up scraping paint off my car and a deep gash in the passenger rear fender well.File a incident report and haven't got a ************** or email..

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was signed up for a one time payment, free car washes until March for $20 in December of 2024 . I have since paid $20 a month with no receipt (except what was automatically removed from my bank account without my knowledge) from December until March of 2025 and will be charged again at the end of April since I only just caught this. Im very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail that I received for my vehicle from ***** , **** and the entire staffs team work at the *********************** location which I had to visit on two different occasions this week . Im really happy this closest to my home and highly recommend it to everyone.

Ive been misled for the second time by a dishonest attendant who sold me $20 down and no payments until May, it was February and obviously too good a deal to be true. And today my wheel was damaged at the ******** location in *******. I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people are THIEVES!!! When you sign up for a membership at $25/month, they double charge you so I had $50 taken out of my bank account each month. They dont allow you to talk to a human to cancel your membership, and youre supposed to cancel via the website. But, even after I cancelled on the website, THEY CONTINUED CHARGING ME $50/month!!! I had to get my bank involved to stop future charges and I also filed a claim for all the double charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ************... read more

I was an unlimited customer of **********************. There wash and vacuum got to the point they would not clean the car. Their customer service is non existent. You can not contact a representative real time only through email. I canceled my membership in February but was still charged for that month. When I contacted SSCW about it through their website. Horrible I had a membership for months went there the other day and none of the vacuums were working and it's not the first time. I went online to cancel and to complain and the response told me that vacuums are not part of my membership...25 dollars and that they are just a courtesy why would anyone go to a carwash and not expect vacuums however she did make a point of letting me know I did not cancel fast enough and would be billed ..that's okay...that was not my point but she was rude and has no customer service skills...... read more
