Today at 5:40pm I visited this car wash and the man that was guiding cars as Im driving into car wash he makes a gesture to hand me dash wipe so I roll my window down to grab it as I am about to put my car in neutral and my car gets pushed forward as my window is still down , the inside of my car gets all wet. He didnt even signal me to put into neutral yet. Explain how he is handing me the dash wipe and car pushes forward with no time for a reaction but to roll up my window and then put in neutral. One of there drivers tailgated me for 3 miles on the freeway. Right on my bumper! Then he goes around and cuts me off almost causing an accident. He continued weaving in and out of traffic, going at least 25 mph over speed limit. Company uses idiots like this how can you trust them?

Be careful using a credit card!!! My card was used monthly $20.95 for a so-called membership which was NEVER AUTHORIZED by me. Impossible to get through to anyone in customer service. Check the ********************, there is a reason they have a 1 star rating, If I could have checked a ZERO to get to this review box I would have.

I went to the SuperStar location on ******** and ********, I witnessed a customer that was not happy with his wash so he requested the manager with the counter clerk, she radioed someone who was outside with the crew that was cleaning the cars and advised her that he had told the customer not to come back that wasnt how I would have expected a manager to handle a customer. Stopped today at the **************** location that has just reopened. Awesome wash!!! My little truck came out clean and dry. Very HAPPY with my wash.

The car was is okay. However, the credit card I used to pay my monthly bill was recently hit with some fraudulent transactions, and I canceled it. Now, I tried many times on the website to enter a new credit card, and I get a message that "something went wrong" and I should try again. I tried again and again over two days. Same message. I even tried to download their app from *****, but there is none listed. No Super Star app. I went back to the webpage and tried cancel my membership, but the webpage would not let me do so w... read more

Damage to vehicle. Car wash ripped the top of the car off and this business is ignoring us and refusing to help. This vehicle is not drivable now. This warrants legal action and the business is just hoping that we dont spend more money with an attorney vs just paying for the repairs ourself. Fortunately we have the ** on camera admitting guilt and that they are at least willing to pay for half. Damaged my car's side mirror and immediately the Super Star Car Wash in *********************************************************************** supervisor ************************* filed claim on behalf of us so SSCW Corp can take care of the issue. However, they failed to reach back to us within their promised time frame and after numerous visit, they would not talk to us nor honor the claim.I sent a Demand Letter and have given them a year. We took our Tahoe to get a wash here since it was new and close by. Unfortunately when we entered the wash and came to the end and another car was stuck and bouncing around. Since this is a new conveyor style it pushed my truck into the other car and wrecked the front of the truck. Went and immediately told the onsite staff and they gave us a copy of the video and took a report. Said a manager would call but never did.
