Awful business, suffered busted head injury due to poor maintenance. No recourse, no management, poorly maintained, money grab. No way to contact anyone of importance. Run by kids.

I would never have started at the new Superstar Carwash on Carefree Highway and purchased a lower level membership in January of 2024 if I had known what a horrible website and customer service they have. It seems like fraud to me when it is virtually impossible to contact anyone. I recently signed up to super star car wash i have a roof rack on my vehicle which i asked the attendant specifically if i can go through the wash with it she went to ask her manager who said yes i was able to go through it. I was not briefed on any terms and conditions which likely would have deterred me from signing up, i went through the wash twice with no issues at all, on my third time the attendant failed to press a button to retract the top brush causing the brush to push against my roof rack and damage the actual bod... read more

I have had a membership for a couple of years as the car wash is near our neighborhood. I have a custom AZ plate.....SVEH20....and the scanner only reads it correctly about 10% of the time. The rest of the time I have to HONK to get a team member's attention to manually provide access. Last week the employee suggested I speak to the manager who was not there that day and ask for a couple of complimentary months service for the inconvenience. Been waiting 5 months for repairs to my truck. Disappointing Experience and Lack of Accountability I took my 2020 TRD Pro Tacoma through the Super Star Carwash on Jomax Road, and it was a decision I deeply regret. During the wash, one of the machines damaged my side mirror, leaving it broken.Whats worse is how the situation was handled (or rather, not handled). Bought 2 memberships. It was nice when they opened. Service went down hill very quickly. One vehicle was damaged in the wash. They admitted their equipment was not properly bolted down causing my car to come off the tracks. The rims were severely damaged. The manager ***** said all the right things leading up to a complete shirking of responsibilty and denying to repair damage. My tire was ruined at the ***************************************** Car Wash (one of 9 customers I was told.) I have been promised twice in an email that a claims person would contact me. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me or left a message. I cannot find a telephone # and have cancelled my subscription. Very frustrating, thinking that I need to go to small claims court. What a pain in the ****.
I had great difficulty trying to cancel the subscription on 11-23-24. I tried multiple times and have not received a confirmation from them of the cancellation. I am paid up through the 28th of November but requested the cancellation effective today (11-23-24). I am now forced to go to my bank and get a new Debit Card to prevent them from removing $ ***** from my bank account on ********. I would never do business with them again. They are dishonest at the very least.

I went through the car wash 9/27/2024. I heard a loud POP while I was In the wash. As soon as I pulled into a bay I saw a crack down the middle of my windshield. I took pics and videos and filed a claim. I have yet to hear back and I have contacted them 4 times. The car wash also broke my automatic closing driver side mirror on my Infiniti. INFINITI!!!
