This complaint is for the ********************************** location. My cars tire and rim was damaged during car wash. The Manager ********************* told me to go in and than to back out. After that I noticed the timing wasn't right. The car behind me almost hit me and my car was making weird movement. I notice the next Da my tire was missing a big chunk. terrible customer service have been trying to correct billing issues and cannot get an answer or talk to anyone in the billing department.

Think the customer service is great however the cleanliness of the restrooms is horrible. The lack of soap in the system, tire shine never works correctly or at all, towel supplies & window cleaner are always either lacking or just not available.

STAY AWAY!!! My car was damaged in one of their car washes causing $4000 worth of damage to my vehicle and they refuse to pay to repair my vehicle. I wrote to the BBB to complain on them and I receive a few responses but then after that they went dead silent. I've emailed daily to *************************** and all I get back is an out of office email. RUN IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!

Big scam They insist to get my cell and email to put me in system I said I dont want to be enroll in any monthly payments He lied to many times that their is no enrollment At the end he gave me printed receipt that I have to pay 24 monthly I need to submit written notice to cancel my subscription Spoiled my week end off Spending time to counter their spam And stealing people money I wanted only on time car wash I said that many times

This company commits fraud by charging people for services that they did not request. Upon entering the line to have my car washed, some young kid runs up to my car and grabs my credit card out of my hand to insert it into the computer for a wash. I told the kid I only wanted the basic wash and what does he do...he punches in for a continuous charge for car washes that I never agreed to. Like the HUNDREDS of other complaints listed below, it's apparent that your company culture does not value customer service at all. I had written to the company in March of 2024, in April, I got an email response stating that they forwarded my concerns to the Sales District Manager - and no response since then! By the sounds of the previous complaints filed with you, your company is not interested in customer service and keeping its current customers. I was a loyal customer and would let all my friends know about the car wash in *********. After dealing with your supposedly manager last night 5/29/24 I no longer wish to be a customer. Yes, you close at ******, but you should give your customers time to go thru the wash and the drying area to finish cleaning their vehicle.
