Have been being charged twice on two separate credit cards. When I moved i changed my card to a company cc as they were paying. I however noticed that I am still and have been for two years now been being charged twice on the same account. My fast pass does not work every time i go through the car wash it has to be manually entered in the machine. They told me corporate has the wrong plate number and they have tried to fix it. My vehicle was damaged at this car wash due to negligence of the employees doing their job. I went in for a car wash and one of the workers there did not check the belts on the vehicle before my car went thru. Half way going thru car was my car was damaged on the right side ..front and back ..the tail gate..hood and roof on my car subsequently damage with dent and scratches. Another senior citizen scammed out of $806.90. My father signed up for the $24.95 monthly promo. He used a couple of times and just was not getting his use out of it so he canceled the subscription directly on site. Superstar on College not only continued to charge him, but the rate was increased to $29.95 monthly and additionally was charged each individual time he went. I use this car wash and was signed up for a fast pass that I never agreed on. I tried to cancel and could not so had to call my bank and cancel my card after a year of trying to .cancel. I went to wash my car on June 10 and again was put on a monthly charge. I specifically told the young man I did not want to be charged monthly I would pay more for my car wash that day however I am again being charged monthly. This is the second time this has been done. terrible customer service have been trying to correct billing issues and cannot get an answer or talk to anyone in the billing department.

Think the customer service is great however the cleanliness of the restrooms is horrible. The lack of soap in the system, tire shine never works correctly or at all, towel supplies & window cleaner are always either lacking or just not available.
