Employee threatens customers! I simply requested to give my vehicle 1 car length space between vehicles because I got rear ended in their car wash months before. Super star car wash refused cover damages occurred.Today, an employee verbally abused me when I requested the additional space. Then the manager came out and threatened to kick my a** as well as many other violent slurs. I will be contacting a personal injury lawyer for this incident.

I was told i was not signed up for a subscription and the car washes never expire. Litterally lied to me and said no monthly fee

The worse experience ever. Made damages to the car and no one from the company wants to take a responsibility. Don't even want to talk on the subject. Two of the tires ******* sensors got cut out, left scratches on both doors and rims. Since the ******* were cut off the tires got flat and the car wash didn't even allowed to leave the car on premises and ordered the owner to tow.

Have been being charged twice on two separate credit cards. When I moved i changed my card to a company cc as they were paying. I however noticed that I am still and have been for two years now been being charged twice on the same account. My fast pass does not work every time i go through the car wash it has to be manually entered in the machine. They told me corporate has the wrong plate number and they have tried to fix it. My vehicle was damaged at this car wash due to negligence of the employees doing their job. I went in for a car wash and one of the workers there did not check the belts on the vehicle before my car went thru. Another senior citizen scammed out of $806.90. My father signed up for the $24.95 monthly promo. He used a couple of times and just was not getting his use out of it so he canceled the subscription directly on site. Superstar on College not only continued to charge him, but the rate was increased to $29.95 monthly and additionally was charged each individual time he went.
