I've been a customer for over 14 years and have had nothing but problems the entire time. Originally, they opened my account with an unknown name (which wasn't me), yet my card was being charged properly for the first 10 years. After they started creating billing issues with new software updates, as well as my common vehicle window replacements, the issues increasingly got worse. I asked for the $24.95 plan for one month and they started charging me every month. I did not ask for that. I was in ******* for the winter and now at my home in ********** and they are still charging me. It is impossible to speak to a human. I cancelled my membership but when I looked at it again it looks like it was still active so I cancelled it a second time. I have not received the email they said I would get after I cancelled. the membership.

I never signed up for a membership and I am getting charged 20.79$ a month and I try looking up to cancel a membership and it says not found. No one answers the phone its all a machine and the machine tells you to go to the website. Its frustrating

Signed up for the $5 car wash for the first 3 months, then normal $19.95. That did not happen as soon as they get your credit card they charge whatever they want. Sent an email and was told they did not have that special. If that is true tell Your Salesman to not sell that to customers. This was at ********* location in ***********, **. Sorry when you do not hold up your end of the agreement do not expect us to be back.

This company is a scam! I had a ****** rouge with a monthly membership ($28.95 per month) and when i got a new tacoma i was able to switch it to the tacoma. The problem is they started charging me $28.95 at two different locations! I went online and they were able to stop one charge at one location. However ive sent maybe 3-4 emails asking to stop getting charged at the other location and ive gotten the same bs response back (your request has been completed). I cancelled this membership 2 months ago, theyre still taking money from my account, I have screen shots everything upon cancelling and I trusted it was taken care of ** it hasnt I even have the screen shot of no customer found upon putting my info in, ********************** Star does not have my permission to continue taking money from my checking account, I see other complaints this is their practice you cant get ahold of a live person its all automated, shady practice if you ask me.

Extensive damage done to my car in one of your car washes on ********** and ********. Its been almost two months and my car is not fixed. The only communication I get from this company is an email every 2-3 weeks where my questions are not being answered. They will not provide me a phone number to speak with someone.

I went for a car wash in my jeep My credit card information was taken, I asked for a $10 wash and got put into a membership. They scammed me for $185 I had to go online to cancel a membership that I DIDN'T REQUEST. I know I am not the only one, I just read a review from someone else that had the same experience!***********************

Ive only been a member for perhaps six weeks. I love the idea of this membership and go once a week. The last two times I was there, there were no towels in any of the drying stalls. Today, not only were there no towels, but as I was using the pressurized air to help dry my car, one entire side of my vehicle still had soap all over it and I had to go through the car wash again.
