I signed up for a membership but found that I dont use it much. I signed up using my husbands car but didnt use it much. I found that it didnt get the bugs on the front of the car off and had to do it by hand to get the best results. Ive tried canceling a few times. This time I put in the last 4 numbers of the card and the system cant find it. Im still waiting to hear back from someone so I can cancel. Went for a car wash on my jeep that gets driven 2-3 times a year and sits in the garage the rest of the time. My credit card was taken, I asked for a $10 wash and got put into a membership. They scammed me for $160 and said that the account was used multiple times (NO WAY). Don't be scammed, no customer service with this company. I know I am not the only one, but rather than solving the problem, they just loose customers....great business plan.

I came here to get a light car wash November 2023. I work from home and dont really need it cleaned often. The worker helping me check out asked if I wanted a membership and so I explained, it doesnt make sense for me to pay a monthly fee because I work from home so my car sits in the garage most the time. I went to the car wash thats close to my house. Ive been there several times. And those big floppy things that you have that go across your car not my little shark piece were the antenna is off and it broke so I cant put it back on there. I mean I can set it on there but as soon as I start driving, its gonna fall right off. It took three times for three different employees to go through and find it in the car wash. Beware of membership plans with Superstar Car Wash. I cancelled my plan on February 20, after paying for it for almost 2 years and going from $9.99 to $29.95 (which in actuality should be $28.95. why lock me onto a plan i don't care for? Im 63 years old on a fixed income . Superstar Car Wash sent me an email with a special for $25 a month for lifetime membership no anual fees. I went for one car wash over summer. The person assisting when I arrived asked if I wanted to sign up for a month for $11. I agreed and used the service for one month. When it was due to expire I stopped going. After a few months I noticed I was being fraudulently charged $20.95 each month. I never authorized my card to be run. DO NOT purchase a membership here. If you ever decide you want to cancel for any reason, you are met with obstacles and silence. Back in maybe September of 2023 I noticed I was still paying for the membership here. I went to cancel as I no longer needed it and couldn't get on the phone with anyone. I send in a request for cancellation to their customer service email and don't hear back until DECEMBER 1ST 2023. Stay away from this car wash I recently went there and got a slashed tire and broken valve stem. Pull out and had to temporarily hold the little air I had and went straight to the tire shop to get it fixed. The nerve of them to say it wasnt my fault and then a ************************* from claims emails me bad saying if was due to driver error.
