Saw **** at Vista car wash - friendly. Efficient and cost reasonable. Highly recommend Melrose Super Star!

Like the HUNDREDS of other complaints listed below, it's apparent that your company culture does not value customer service at all. I had written to the company in March of 2024, in April, I got an email response stating that they forwarded my concerns to the Sales District Manager - and no response since then! By the sounds of the previous complaints filed with you, your company is not interested in customer service and keeping its current customers. I was a loyal customer and would let all my friends know about the car wash in *********. After dealing with your supposedly manager last night 5/29/24 I no longer wish to be a customer. Yes, you close at ******, but you should give your customers time to go thru the wash and the drying area to finish cleaning their vehicle. I visited the car wash 5/19 and was waved in after a large truck. After about 15 seconds I felt my car hit something and I realized the truck in front of me was stuck and not moving, and because my tires were on the track, I was being pulled along. I had to honk my horn for about 10 more seconds and quickly roll down my window to ****** for some help. You damaged my car months ago and no one has done a **** thing about it. Your new wash in **** Arizona ripped my rear wiper off and the attending manager reviewed the video and confirmed it was your fault. I'm getting tired of your effin email because no one ever replies Your company is absolutely horrible!!!

I filed a claim with superstar about their machine destroying my windshield its been over a week and I havent heard anything back from them also there is no number to call at all. If someone can get in touch with me about my claim that would be great

I've been a customer for over 14 years and have had nothing but problems the entire time. Originally, they opened my account with an unknown name (which wasn't me), yet my card was being charged properly for the first 10 years. After they started creating billing issues with new software updates, as well as my common vehicle window replacements, the issues increasingly got worse. Yes, it took them over 10 years just to have my name and phone number corrected!!!The facility near 73rd and ************* in ******** is the worst... read more

I asked for the $24.95 plan for one month and they started charging me every month. I did not ask for that. I was in ******* for the winter and now at my home in ********** and they are still charging me. It is impossible to speak to a human. I cancelled my membership but when I looked at it again it looks like it was still active so I cancelled it a second time. I have not received the email they said I would get after I cancelled. the membership.

I never signed up for a membership and I am getting charged 20.79$ a month and I try looking up to cancel a membership and it says not found. No one answers the phone its all a machine and the machine tells you to go to the website. Its frustrating
