Went to super star car wash for a single wash. Was approached by an attendant and was told I could get the monthly plan for the price of the single wash for the first month and could cancel anytime. I went for it. I tried to cancel before the first month ended. You have to use the website to cancel and there is no phone number to call. After entering all my info it said "NO MEMBERSHIP FOUND ". I went to the location and told the attendant there and he got the same response "NO MEMBERSHIP FOUND ". He told me he contacted corp... read more

Absolutely horrible (nonexistent?) customer ****************************** has been double billing me since about December 2024. I have been trying to get this corrected for a few weeks. I have tried to call them - no answer. The phone menu just says to go to their website and send an email, so I did that. I ended up emailing them several times - just a canned answer - something like "I am working on it, thanks for your patience." I canceled weeks ago, yet I was charged again today. This is the second time I have had this company run afoul with double billing, and now just out right "we have your card, why not bang ********************* don't work. These folks need a visit from the feds. They double bill so much, it is the number one choice when trying to submit a complaint online. I am researching class action at this point. I can't be the only one having this issue!

HATE them and will never go back. Three weeks ago I went and the wash broke off my rear windshield wiper and I have been given the 'email run around' for three weeks now. Back to the location twice and they can do nothing as they can't even contact the claims ***** When I search online it states the claims department is IN-HOUSE!! Huge issue and when I ****** online it shows the claims **** is horrible. I do not know what rating they have with BBB but this is a huge issue.

EXTENSIVE CAR DAMAGE ON 5/31/25- TOP WASH BRUSH TORE SPOILER OFF THE ***** OF MY CAR. I REPORTED IMMEDIATELY -COMPLETED WRITTEN FORM AND EMAIL FORM - ALL ALONG WITH PICTURES AS REQUESTED. NO RESPONSE FR SUPER STAR - THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND THE CONTACT EMAILS ARE NOT RESPONDED TO. LOCATION OFFICE DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. ONLY GIVEN AN EMAIL TO SEND MY DAMAGE AND PICTURES INFORMATION TO. AS OF 6/10/2025 SUPER STAR IS NON-RESPONSIVE. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
