I canceled weeks ago, yet I was charged again today. This is the second time I have had this company run afoul with double billing, and now just out right "we have your card, why not bang ********************* don't work. These folks need a visit from the feds. They double bill so much, it is the number one choice when trying to submit a complaint online. I am researching class action at this point. I can't be the only one having this issue!
HATE them and will never go back. Three weeks ago I went and the wash broke off my rear windshield wiper and I have been given the 'email run around' for three weeks now. Back to the location twice and they can do nothing as they can't even contact the claims ***** When I search online it states the claims department is IN-HOUSE!! Huge issue and when I ****** online it shows the claims **** is horrible. I do not know what rating they have with BBB but this is a huge issue.

I reported it shortly after (I didnt notice it right away), through their website and went by the next day and reviewed it with the on duty manager. I was at the ************* location yesterday evening and went to wipe my windows down and there were no towels and ****** came out and refilled the towels and made sure everything else was working good. ****** was a amazing help.
The actual car wash is good but buyer beware. They sell you a one month package ($22) to try and do not tell you that after the month they will automatically charge your credit card the regular price ($29) going forward. When I saw my credit card being charged in the next two months I advised them I live out of country and could not use their services during the subsequent two months. IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER RATING I WOULD. WENT IN FOR A CAR WASH, 1 CAR WASH! THEN MY DEBT CARD STARTED BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR, TOTAL SCAM. BY THE TIME I CAUGHT IT MY BANK WOULD ONLY RECOVER 60 DAYS WORTH. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COST. CROOKS! THEN JUST TRY TO GET AHOLD OF CORPORATE, THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Reoccurring charges every month despite sending in multiple cancelation requests. There are no humans to talk to, just a dumb recording. Stay away from this 1 star company.
Visited the Buckeye AZ location a month ago and purchased an $11 wash. To my surprise, last week my card was charged for the $29 monthly fee, despite having NEVER agreed to this charge. When I attempt to log-in to their site, nothing comes up with card number, as Superstar does not have my name, email or license numberas I have not purchased this monthly car wash. They have yet to respond to my inquiry with their customer service and I had to contact **************** to block any future attempts to debit my card from this co... read more
