My tire was ruined at the ***************************************** Car Wash (one of 9 customers I was told.) I have been promised twice in an email that a claims person would contact me. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me or left a message. I cannot find a telephone # and have cancelled my subscription. Very frustrating, thinking that I need to go to small claims court. What a pain in the ****.
I had great difficulty trying to cancel the subscription on 11-23-24. I tried multiple times and have not received a confirmation from them of the cancellation. I am paid up through the 28th of November but requested the cancellation effective today (11-23-24). I am now forced to go to my bank and get a new Debit Card to prevent them from removing $ ***** from my bank account on ********. I would never do business with them again. They are dishonest at the very least.

I went through the car wash 9/27/2024. I heard a loud POP while I was In the wash. As soon as I pulled into a bay I saw a crack down the middle of my windshield. I took pics and videos and filed a claim. I have yet to hear back and I have contacted them 4 times. The car wash also broke my automatic closing driver side mirror on my Infiniti. INFINITI!!! Super Star car wash very, very dishonest company. They continue to charge my account $25 a month even though I canceled the subscription. To make matters worse they charged $14.95 to cancel the subscription and it's not canceled. I haven't received any emails for an explanation or refund.

When I started here I loved it, the people were great and the job was fun. As time went by I started to notice more and more corruption within the company. The district manager of the ************** is the biggest narcissist on the face of the earth. She demands respect but refuses to show that respect to her peers. She will yell at her employees and demand better results from her sales people but will do next to nothing to help them get on the right track. In February, I went to get my car washed. The kid asked if I wanted a subscription. I specifically said "no". Now I see a charge on my accoun for Super Star Car Wash... and they have been chargin my card every month since February. $224 is what they owe me. Do not go to this business. They either pressure their employees to do this, or incentivize their employees to do this... either way it is shady at best - fraudulent and illegal otherwise.

I was defrauded by this business after purchasing a 1-year subscription the business cannot locate my active subscription and is refusing service. It is a SCAM.

We used the Superstar car wash on ******************************************** until we left in Mar 2021 to move to *******. We had purchased one of the washes where you can come in once a week and get a wash. Before we left we stopped by ********* and ask them to cancel it and they said they did. Then 19 months later, Aug 27, 2022 they start charging my credit card and it has been a fight to get the charges cancelled. I finally had to cancel the credit card to get it stopped.
