***** this operation completely! Their tunnel track malfunctioned and damaged my car in April of this year. I immediately filed a claim through their corporate process, but they are non-responsive and are avoiding all responsibility for repairs to my car, despite their attendants on site at the time acknowledging that the track was faulty. Went to SuperStar CarWash and asked the employee about cleaning the roof of my car from an exploded soda. I was told I needed to buy an "interior detail", and he sold it to me for over $250. When I went back to use the prepaid "interior detail", I was told that they would not clean the roof of the car, the WHOLE REASON I asked and purchased the detail. An employee assisting me at the entrance kiosk informed me that there was a "special price" and it was "for one month only." I could have unlimited car washes but only for the month of August. His information led me to believe the special price was in fact for one month. He did not say it would sign me up for continuous months at a higher price. It was definitely misleading. I went through this car wash for the first time. It ripped my passenger side wiper off and it was in the horizontal; brush. It then hit and broke my windshield and put to significant dents in my roof. They denied my claim. Saying my wiper came off too easy due to dry rot and sun damage. Last time I checked metal does not dry rot or has sun damage. They wont return calls or emails. This place is pathetic. I will be taking them to court. Ive been here a handful of times. Used to have the subscription and decided it wasnt worth it so I canceled. I just dont go enough to justify a monthly fee. The last two times Ive gone to buy the cheapest wash, Ive had the rudest attendants. They are very pushy about getting the subscription and when Ive kindly declined with sorry, no thanks, they act like Im just the dumbest person theyve ever interacted with.
