I went through this car wash for the first time. It ripped my passenger side wiper off and it was in the horizontal; brush. It then hit and broke my windshield and put to significant dents in my roof. They denied my claim. Saying my wiper came off too easy due to dry rot and sun damage. Last time I checked metal does not dry rot or has sun damage. They wont return calls or emails. This place is pathetic. I will be taking them to court. Ive been here a handful of times. Used to have the subscription and decided it wasnt worth it so I canceled. I just dont go enough to justify a monthly fee. The last two times Ive gone to buy the cheapest wash, Ive had the rudest attendants. They are very pushy about getting the subscription and when Ive kindly declined with sorry, no thanks, they act like Im just the dumbest person theyve ever interacted with. Ive been charged $15/month for over 2 years. They make it incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone and its never been fixed. Ive literally been to the car wash one time. Ive asked for a refund no less than 4 times and have even changed my card number. Somehow they still charge me.

Employee did not put the car wash on the correct setting, resulting in the machine breaking off the rear brake light of our vehicle. Staff at location was supportive and completed appropriate documentation. The claim goes through corporate. If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would.I bought a 2 wash ticket of their best wash a couple months back. I stashed it in my center console of my car. Since I don't go into the compartment all that often, I forgot about it.I discovered the ticket this morning and decided I better use it pronto so I went to the car wash and pulled up and it was declined as being expired.
