Check your bank account for double charges on the same vehicle. Created an account went in the second time. There scanner couldn't read my license plate. So they went to the office to get a scan bar code for my windsheild. He asked me if I had an account I told him yes. So I didn't know he created a second account for the same vehicle. They owe me back close to 3000 dollars. For the other account that I didn't create that was employee error. I asked if they could reimburse me for 20 months with no charge. I have now been charged an extra $50 for services not rendered. I have emailed asking for a refund and no response. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP! I will never go to this carwash again. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service or ability to talk to a human.

f I could give zero stars I would. My father had his car detailed at this location in ******* and when he returned to pick up his vehicle, he paid in full for detail job ($199) and was handed a TAPED broken key. The technician admitted that he BROKE his key and when the manager ********* ***** came over to speak with my father, ********* grabbed a pair of pliers to try to start the car. I have been trying to cancel my membership since November and get a refund you keep charging me and Ive reached out by email on 100 different times you dont reply and I want all my money back!
Inept customer service, can fix an issue, can't call and talk to someone, would love to have a job there because they apparently don't do anything. Double charged me the last two months. Gonna have to get a new debit card to fix the problem now.
On 1/14/2025 I was going through the car wash and the car in front of me had gone off the track. Since my vehicle was on their track and under their control my car collided with the car in front of me. When I initially entered the wash the car in front was 5-10 feet in front of me. The track doesn't seem to have a safety stop when a vehicle goes off the track which is the reason for the collision, I met with the manager and he said the car in front turned their steering wheel and that driver said she did not.
