Ive been charged $15/month for over 2 years. They make it incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone and its never been fixed. Ive literally been to the car wash one time. Ive asked for a refund no less than 4 times and have even changed my card number. Somehow they still charge me.

Employee did not put the car wash on the correct setting, resulting in the machine breaking off the rear brake light of our vehicle. Staff at location was supportive and completed appropriate documentation. The claim goes through corporate. However, there is no contact information available to speak with an actual person. 20 days since the incident and have received 3 automated email responses with no solutions sight. ***** this business. Tried to cancel their poor car wash service and they say they can't find me in the system to take my card off but they sure found it to bill me. Terrible company that should not be in business! If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would.I bought a 2 wash ticket of their best wash a couple months back. I stashed it in my center console of my car. Since I don't go into the compartment all that often, I forgot about it.I discovered the ticket this morning and decided I better use it pronto so I went to the car wash and pulled up and it was declined as being expired. I enrolled expecting the price to be $20 as per the attendant. Quickly found out that I would go up by $10 after the first month. I was alright with it considering I washed my car a couple times per month. But then the location wasnt convenient for me anymore so I tried calling their only phone number (623) 536-@@@@. They do absolutely to avoid speaking with a real person. Per their directions, I had to email them because when I cancelled they kept charging my account.
