IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER RATING I WOULD. WENT IN FOR A CAR WASH, 1 CAR WASH! THEN MY DEBT CARD STARTED BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR, TOTAL SCAM. BY THE TIME I CAUGHT IT MY BANK WOULD ONLY RECOVER 60 DAYS WORTH. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! AVOID AT ALL COST. CROOKS! THEN JUST TRY TO GET AHOLD OF CORPORATE, THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. ITS AN ENDLESS LOOP TELLING YOU TO CONTACT THEM VIA THIER WEBSITE. AND NO SUPRISE, YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM!
Reoccurring charges every month despite sending in multiple cancelation requests. There are no humans to talk to, just a dumb recording. Stay away from this 1 star company.
Visited the Buckeye AZ location a month ago and purchased an $11 wash. To my surprise, last week my card was charged for the $29 monthly fee, despite having NEVER agreed to this charge. When I attempt to log-in to their site, nothing comes up with card number, as Superstar does not have my name, email or license numberas I have not purchased this monthly car wash. ??Warning ??If I could leave No stars that would be best. I subscribed March 29th for $22 and then $29 the following months 04/28/2025. The Super Star Car Wash did not clean my vehicle well. I had to get multiple car washes in a week. I then proceeded to cancel the subscription at which their App was not allowing me to do so. These business is a joke! How do they stay in business and have so many locations. How/why do people support a business with such **** poor customer service. I too would leave a zero or even a negative number! My daughter has moved to the east coast and for the last 3 months has been trying to cancel the account. All she gets is a run around They send her an email that says "they are working on it". *** does that mean? Amazing it takes 5 min to set it up, but months to cancel. Do better Super Star!!

Canadian snowbird here for winter. Purchased a monthly pass for truck with Canadian plates. Was told at this time I could drop in and see manager to cancel any time or cancel online. Debit card (American) was accepted and I went thru wash. Next time to wash, ******* did not recognize truck plate. Worker reviewed everything and sent me thru. 03/19/2025 @10:30 AM your manager ******** told me to change lanes in tight quarters and he told me that he would direct me ,so I moved to another lane because the other lane was backing up maybe machine problem but he directed me and told me I was all clear and proceed I end up scraping paint off my car and a deep gash in the passenger rear fender well.File a incident report and haven't got a ************** or email..
