On 7-09-23 at 12pm we went to get our car washed at the Super Star automatic Car Wash at ************ and ***************** As instructed by the signs and Super Star Car Wash employee guiding her through, my step daughter had our vehicle in neutral and kept her foot off the brake. Our vehicle was inside the tunnel behind another vehicle that stopped moving. The automatic conveyor pushed our vehicle into the car in front of ours causing damage to the front of our vehicle. Failure to keep a promise to a customer! On May 18, 2023, via a telephone call, a Super Star Car Wash supervisor promised me a credit of $149.70 to my **** card for car wash services never delivered. As of July 5, 2023 that credit has not been applied. I've made three follow-up calls and three follow-up emails. No credit. A customer should NOT be charged for services never delivered, and Super Star must follow-up on promises made, in this case a **** credit of $149.70.

Discounted first month but after 2 weeks they charge for the next month. Then trying to log in and cancel at we will be out of the country and not need it for at leastr a month the cancel button does not even work. Knew it sounded to good to be ********** away from this company like the plague. Not worth the head ache.

My car was damaged at the new car wash on ****** school a jeep got stuck in the rollers pushed them back into my car I have left messages and called no response time for a class action suit

******* and ******* at your Mission Ave location took care of me today and got me on a very good plan. They assisted me with fantastic service. I have been in the service industry for over 50 years and would high these guys to work for me. Great job.

Car in front of me stopped at the end of the car wash and I was honking and trying to brake. The machine pushed me into his truck hitch, damaging my front bumper. There should be a sensor to shut off when this happens or an employee paying attention. I see a class action law suit because this is so common. Superstar obviously claims its not their fault.

No one answers the phone the cancel membership option online doesn't work either is just reloads the page

I stopped at the ********, ** location on ******************* around 8:55 am on 6/18/232. When I pulled up to kiosk there were two young men there trying to sell wash packages. I told them I was not interested the smaller of the two nodded his head and said nothing the larger of the two kept talking I told him five times I was not interested, he noticed a Superstar air freshener hanging from my mirror and said I see you have been here before and started the speech one again. Superstar car wash scratch the h*** out of my car and my daughter's new car.There was not one scratch on it and she came out of the car wash that I sent her via email. There are so many scratches so many marks. This happened a couple years back and they don't do anything about it. They claim it's not their responsibility.
