DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO! NO CELL PHONE NUMBERS, NO EMAIL, ***** I paid ***** in April for a car wash and was told I could get another car wash in the same month. I didn't think anything of it. Most places will give you a two for one and you are given a code on your receipt to enter. This guy got my phone number. I asked him, "This is just for one month? I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months with absolutely no success. Of course no option to speak with someone at the customer service phone number, submitted the request online multiple times still with no sucess. Multiple emails submitted on site but still no success.

My truck got hit in the car wash on 07/24/23.In the location **********************************************************. I called various times and made a claim which was sent to the claims department and I have not heard anything from them. I need the claims departments email or phone number to contact them.My truck needs to get fixed because before I pulled into the car wash I didn't have the damage.I actually felt when it was hit during the car wash.

I went to get a car wash and I did not know how to operate an auto pay station. The person came and got my credit card and charged $10 for a car wash. This was supposed to be a one-time charge, but when I did a routine check of my credit card statement online, it showed that Super Star Car Wash has been charged $24.99/month for 2 months. This has happened to me twice and I believe I have learnt my ****** now. I drove in for a wash, and was told they have a discount for the day, I said okay (who doesn't like a discount) but it is not a discount, it is a membership instead $25/month. The second time I happened to use their place, as soon as I got home I went to their website to make sure I didn't have an account, there was nothing on my receipt and I got nothing in my email, as I didn't give my email.
