** figure for a company that offers ************* for detailing they would take more pride in their work . I was watching the workers clean my truck and there body language was like they didnt wanna do the detail ***** it I dont have the nicest truck around but if I paid $27 Id like a better job . They left over spray half a** cleaned my plastic didnt even bother cleaning the front plastics just left it and told me it was clean. Id submit the pictures but it doesnt have that option on here

I had an incident at the ************ and ********. location in ******* where the machine pushed my vehicle into the truck in front of me and damaged my bumper. I filled the report and they assured me that someone from corporate will contact me, this was over a month ago, no one ever contacted me. In the meantime, I called them and emailed them half a dozen times and every time I call them, I'm on hold for 45 minutes, then they tell me the same story making sure they have everything correct and nothing happens after that. I have called and emailed their corporate office more than three times. I signed up at their new location that I had waited for months for the opening at their ************ location in East ****. Went once a week everything was great. My credit card got hacked so the bank canceled it when I got my new one the next month I went online punched everything in to continue my subscription everything looked good about a month later I get a message saying that my subscription was going to expire when I went in for my wash they said ... read more

These people are using deceptive trade practices to sell an individual an unlimited monthly car wash program. when I pulled up to get my car washed (on a one time basis) the individual standing at the kiosk said he had a "better deal". Since there was a new owner, they were offering a plan for $2.99 that month for unlimited washes. I accepted. The next month I find a charge on my credit card for $36.96 for a monthly plan. In December I *** to Super Star for a wash. They offered me two washes for $19.95. I took it and was told to hang on to the receipt for proof for the second wash. I went back for my second wash in March. They had a hard time with the receipt and the concept. They finally gave me my second wash. Shortly after that, I found a charge for $19.95 on my March statement. Then I found FOUR charges! Tried resolving a billing issue with one of their CRP. The name on the account didn't match my father's debit card information. I asked her to elevate the issue to a supervisor. I asked for the supervisor's name and number. She said "she'll call you back", hung up and didn't take my information. This company has VERY POOR customer service. The date of the call was 4/21/23 and the time she hung up on me was 1:20pm. I sent a message to their corporate office and expect to hear back. Do NOT get taken in by this company Promotions/Free car wash/or other programs that indicate you are getting a good deal! ONCE THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU even if you NEVER GET A CAR WASH. They make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCELL your card from further charges. Their cancelling phone number will always be 40 minutes plus hold time, THEN they it will Hang Up! There is NO WAY to talk to a real person to Cancel. This carwash in *****, ** is fraudulently charging my auto pay account. 3 times per month. Will not refund my money. No one will respond. They say I have 3 accounts. 2 new accounts magically appeared in Dec 2022. I have 2 cars. Why would I have 3 accounts?
