I have 2 vehicles on plans for this company. I have recently realized that I have been charged for an additional vehicle for over 1 year. I reached out to CS and they said they would cancel that account. I have never owned a vehicle with the plate they are claiming. When I asked for proof that this vehicle is mine, their customer services stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling the number and just get a loop to fill out a form. My car was damage (dented) on both sides of the fender with their tire cleaner. I filed a report with the the attendant which I found out he did not submit the customer report. I had spoken to a customer service representative and she assisted me on contacting the claims department. Myself along with my dad and girlfriend were all being charged monthly without knowing. Everytime we go and they ask us about the membership its a straight simple answer NO!!! The employees or anywhere near where you pay needs to be recorded both video and audio. We got 2 of 3 of our money back but nobody replies to the email. Get a working phone number so people can actually contact your business. If I want my money back I want it now not waiting 3 to 5 business days to get an email back. Scam. Bought a car wash a few months ago, went a 2nd time and received what was basically 3 minutes of hose water sprayed at my car. They understood, let me come back through with my still dirty car that I had been charged a premium to wash, wasted time, money, and resources. I immediately attempted to cancel, cheaper and more effective/conservative car washes nearby. At 7:15 this morning I had to wait for the guy to turn on the car wash. He told me to proceed & the tires were pulled in. The brushes were on but not the water. My car was scratched by the stiff dry brushes & the side mirrors ripped off, they are now dangling by a cord. The guy brought me into the *********** filed an online claim. I was given email address' but was told there is no phone #.

Ten word minimum is a JOKE !One of the employees made an account with my name and a different vehicle and VIN number, charged my account for a monthly subscription.
