Superstar car wash has charged us double for the last two months in a row. We tried every phone number we could find for this company and nobody answered. We submitted a customer service request form on their web page and now they have canceled us without refunding our money. If we don't hear back from this company we will be filing a consumer fraud report against them. Zero customer support. Committing fraud against your customers is no way to run a business.*************************

This company commence fraud and signs you up from monthly service...stay away from them!They have no customer service...Been billing my card from months and they answer in emails say I don't have account with them...

Have tried to cancel for months now for car wash monthly services. No option online to cancel and none of the numbers have a valid person on the other end. They will not call you back. They keep on charging my credit card each month. Finally went into the location and 3 employees told me that this happens all of the time that they will keep charging you monthly services after cancellation. Hello! Worst customer service ever! I feel like I'm talking to a robot. I have repeatedly sent customer service requests on yall website. I've repeatedly asking for someone to call me or if I can speak with someone on the phone. Every time I tried to call, your phone system doesn't allow me to speak with anymore on the phone.
