Very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced so much chaos in a hospital in my life and I’ve been dealing with health issues since 14 years old. The communication between staff and patients is awful. They failed to do their job finding outpatient dialysis after surgery. I even went back today to get emergency dialysis .. they refused to admit to the problem they caused.. Very disappointing experience from admin level/primary dr/nurses! There was a complete breakdown of communication and poor care. His care was completely mismanaged. My 82 year old father was discharged to a rehab center and 5 days later ended up at a different hospital in ICU/CC for 8 days. That says it all! Thank you to JFK North CC Unit for saving my dad's life! Never, never again!!!!!
