I wouldn't go anywhere else for any procedure. Staff is top notch. Complimentary valet. $2 coffee inside the gift shop. What else could you ask for?
The best hospital stay we have had in Las Vegas so far and we have been in several.
Although it's really hard to be in the hospital for nights at a time. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience overall. My 4yr old had to stay 48 hours in Pediatrics unit for an infection. The staff was wonderful Dr. Spiro ER and Dr. Kelley. To all the nurses Michelle ER, Kate, Nanu�, Jasmin and Courtney you all were wonderful, we had Jasmin the longest and she was excellent. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. This was my second surgery at this Hospital in one month and both visits were pretty similar. My stay in both cases was roughly a week. The attending physician Dr. Maity was truly the rudest, most aggressive and least compassionate Medical Professional that I've ever met. I underwent a major surgery and as was required needed to be mobile as soon as possible after surgery. My stomach was cut open in two places where I received a total of 45 Staples. I'll start by telling you what happened when I was brought into the ER on Tuesday 11/1/16. When paramedics left me in the room to be checked and to be treated for the excruciating abdominal pain I came in with. The staff were very prompt to come to my aid. But, after they checked me in, took my vitals and so on, the doctor comes in, asked me a few questions and leaves the room without leaving any orders for pain medication. It's a great place to work and to be a patient it's one of the best hospital in Las Vegas
This was my first time at Summerlin Hospital and I've had treatments from Several of the hospitals here in Las Vegas. My experience wasn't awful but it wasn't the best either. I had a few Nurses and CNA's that made a difference when it came to my care and pain management. What I was concerned about was the staffing. I've never heard the medical staff speaking over me as much as they did when they were prepping me for surgery or X-rays and talk about lunch breaks so much. Top notch ER staff. Felt fully attended to and had excellent care. Got me in quickly too!!!
Very considerate people always giving special attention to each patient George from the third floor and sometimes fourth floor ICU is an excellent nurse and has his own special technique on how to interact with his patients
