I absolutely love this Hospital! My son was born nearly six weeks early and the amount of attention and care he and I received was absolutely amazing! From the moment I checked in to the moment my son was discharged, we felt that we were genuinely cared about. My husband and I will always remeber the NICU and L&D staff. Thank you for taking care him!
Summerlin hospital has a great E.R. Staff ! From the time I brought my husband in at 9:30am today till we left which was about 5:30-6p .... The staff was great and caring ! I will say I did not care for E.R. Dr that was on ...Dr. Bajo! I felt his bedside manner was a bit rude . As far as the rest of the staff they were great!
I am very much impressed with the level of service at this hospital. The nursing staff of the outpatient surgery could improve a bit.
came in to the emergency room with shooting pains in my neck throat shoulder arm and legs with some pain in my ribs too . i was seen in the front room where they take you to get your vitals by a PA who literally diagnosed me with out even looking at me told me i may need a MRI if it continues after i just told him that i had a pacemaker... I would expect a PA to know pacemaker patients can not have MRI's. two mins of talking to me i was told to go back into the waiting room. shortly after i was brought back into one of the r... read more
Horrible !!!!After waiting almost 2 hours with our 15 month old to see a dr at Summerlin ER we finally get into a room. The dr takes part of the history of illness, listens to my son's lungs and then steps out to take a phone call. An hour later when he still hadn't come back my husband asked what was up. The nurse tells him the dr is dictating and will be in soon. A half hour later when the dr still hadn't returned, we walked out. Obviously Summerlin ER was not concerned with our baby helping him. From the emergency room to being admitted on the 4th floor, the entire staff was great...
Clean! Comfortable! Great staff! I realized that this is the very hospital that started life saving process on my granddaughter Skai Kendall Brooks 2/25/07 and has now impressed me with the same care for her grandpa Renard L. Lawson Sr. Thanks so much for the compassion patience understanding and quality care you extend!!!
We came here for help. Slept in lobby because husband had appointments next day. After appointments, we went to chapel to pray. Staff threw us out! Is there anything that we can do?
ER personnel were the best. Star, the nurse in charge provided outstanding patient care.
