Worst place and experience of my life! Would never wish that on my worst enemy. They are overpopulated, understaffed and those that need help are suffering because of it. The staff is rude and inattentive and this place made all of my problems worse. Glad I escaped.
RecommendedI couldn’t be happier with the attention and professionalism my nurse showed. She went above and beyond making me feel at ease and tranquil during a very difficult and stressful time in my life. I was in the hospital for a week and two days and each day my nurse would make me feel better not only with medication, but with a smile and can do attitude. Laredo definitely can use more nurses like Hope Turner. Good help is definitely hard to find in this town, I was lucky enough to do so with her!

I went to the ER because my daughter’s doctor’s office said she should go there instead of to their office. The doctors were nice but the ER nurse she had was kind of rude and actually said to me, “What are you even doing here?” She was having a hard time catching full breaths and her doctors office had told her go to the ER. Honestly, where is she supposed to go if her doctor won’t see her because of labored breathing during this pandemic? II won’t take her to this hospital anymore.
