AWESOME Nurses ! Great rehab center. Doctors actually listen to you! My hubby is there 2 weeks now! He has 3 more weeks to go!
Nurse checking vitals at front of ER was EXTREMELY rude and bitchy. I was hunched over in pain with tears and asked her how long it would be. Her response was "I have other patients to take care of". After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room we finally left, drove to another hospital 10 min away and we were checked in and taken to a room almost immediately. Summerlin hospital is the rudest hospital I've ever seen!!!!
Horrible, lazy nursing staff on the fourth and fifth floor. Physical therapists did not do their job either. If you have a family member staying here, do not leave them alone.
I wouldn't even give their damn place a single star if I didn't have to to post my thoughts on his place. I absolutely hate the billing department at Summerlin Hospital. I rarely use that word but I loath the way they bill and handle their accounts. How the hell do you find it easy for people to manage 14 different accounts with 6 different billing departments for 5 different people and expect that them pay the minimum of $50 per account and still be able to go to therapy, emergency visits and so forth. and not go to collect... read more
I would never go to this hospital. They lost my aunts hearing aids. I keep being passed around to different departments. They don't call back when they say and do what they say they will do. The RN had no clue what my aunt needed on 4 South.
I took my 2 year old son in.. Who had been having a very high fever for the last 24 hours. We waited less than 5 minutes to see a dr. Everyone was so nice. They took good care of my son, and got us out of there quickly.
Please start locking up your dangerous mental patients! We live in the area and are tired of them escaping into our neighborhoods where our children are playing!!!
These people were wonderful . I was in ICU for a whole week and every single person from Drs. Nurses, phlebotomist and nutritionists etc. treated me wonderfully.
The best hospital in LV, NV. Excelent patient follow up and caring. Bringing every year the newest and top notch technology.
