Went to ER and my diagnostic was wrong. Muscle strain.... WRONG WRONG WRONG I have Kidney stones and degeration of low back disc.

I went to the ER because my daughter’s doctor’s office said she should go there instead of to their office. The doctors were nice but the ER nurse she had was kind of rude and actually said to me, “What are you even doing here?” She was having a hard time catching full breaths and her doctors office had told her go to the ER. Honestly, where is she supposed to go if her doctor won’t see her because of labored breathing during this pandemic? II won’t take her to this hospital anymore.

Got a rapid Covid test done here on the 16th and it was negitive. Went to the hospital for a test 3 days later and was positive. If your getting a Covid test don’t waste your money, go get a real one.

Not helpful at all. They don't care about patients' safety, and would rather let a suicidal person walk out than make a few minor changes
RecommendedVery clean Friendly people. I felt safe there. In recovery I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nurses that had animals and she adored them. I have animals and we compared notes. When time aloud, she ask if I need anything she would try to get it for me. Felt so special the treatment I received . Thank you henderson hospital staff ,
