The doctors and nurses at Summerlin hospital pediatric ER were amazing . Front desk staff left a little to be desired in the empathy department but I loved the healthcare stuff .
My mom was operated here and the nurses were very inconsiderate. When she was alone they didn't check on her and when we would ask for things like ice or water they seemed upset. We asked for an ice pack and the nurse shoved it in my moms back hurting her because she had been operated on her spine.
Thankful Summerlin has a compassionate CNA like Mrs. Candace Harris.... Good people do exist to care for our injuried people....
This is our 5th hospitalization since Feb 2016. My 17 yr old son has Crohns Disease. The staff here is awesome from cafeteria employees to Cleaning staff..Cna's...RN's..Social Services..Dr's and Surgeon's... Would never trust anyone else with my sons health...And the Peds Dept rocks...best caring staff every!!!
Amazing experience! Amber was an amazing labor and delivery nurse! Thank you so so much for taking care of my friends that just had a baby!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!❤️
