I just had an abdominal hysterectomy March 15th with some complications but overall success. The nurses , cnas , Drs and staff we're so friendly , helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I'm now home missing the popsicles Nurse Silpa bribed me with.. lol.. Thank you all !!!!
Don't care if you in pain and to have medicare you know the difference!! Between private insurance !! Not treat you the same it's disaster that doctor take a oath of making sure anyone get same treatment !!! I know 100prc if I had private insurance I would get better service I wouldn't never go there any more

worst experience I have had with this hospital I have been here before and never experienced it like this. transferred from ER to room waited 45 minutes before I hunted down a nurse myself, no nurse to be found, no soap, no wash cloth, no facial tissue no one knew I was even here. Been here over 24 hrs already had ask each time for my meds and updates.
Had to go to Summerlin Hospital yesterday for an allergic reaction. Was extremely hesitant since last year I had to take my neighbor to the Summerlin Hospital ER and had (by far) the worst experience. And I wrote an email the next day about this horrific experience. The doctors refuse to treat you I was in an accident 24 hrs ago and my pain has gotten worse they didn't even call my surgeon there is a broken screw in my back
My two nurses took super good care of me so polite and helpful I appreciate them for helping me that way
My husband died in the hospital because he did not receive immediate attention for a torn aorta. He was in ICU for 36 hours before being seen by a cardiologist. This was 34 hours after tests performed confirmed the tear. As he lay helpless, being told not to move because he could "bleed out", his condition worsened and he suffered an aneurysm.
