Everyone is so friendly and professional! From check in to check out the staff was so great! The nurses are so caring and kind!
While the staff was very nice , they failed to catch a mistake on some paperwork and now I have to pay $40 for something that could have been fixed before I left I refused to drive a faulty car 30 minutes with two of my children in it or take a 2hour plus bus ride with my newborn. So now I'm forced to pay $40 to fix my child's birth certificate later on down the line instead of somebody really trying to find a solution with me. Pediatric ER is fabulous! Staff is excellent and caring!
My daughter went into the ER because she has pink eye from her school and they got us in back in about 10 mins. The RN came in about 4 mins after we got to the room. The doctor came in a little after and told us what to do and gave her medicine for it. I love this hospital. We were there for about 1 hour and that's it. I only trust this hospital with my daughter. I will travel to this hospital no matter what for my family to be seen. Thank you for taking such great care of us and your awesome services.
I was there for a double hernia surgery and I was so frightened by the thought of surgery and from the time I did my pre check in on Monday to the time I left Tuesday after my surgery the staff was amazing! Even walking down the hall to restroom every doctors all nurses so friendly. Their bedside manner was impeccable and I want to truly thank the everyday hero's that don't get nearly enough praise! God bless all of you and everything you do!
My father is supposed to being watched but he has climbed out of his bed while the rails are up 2 times so far. My father is also a diabetic and his blood sugar was running right at 1:10 115 when he went in the hospital yesterday it is already up to 2:50 due to the food that they are serving him. Which consists of sugar start mashed potatoes and gravy do they not know what a diabetic diet is.
Had a heart attack and they treated my great. They were very attentive and took very good care of me
We were seen quickly. Staff was great with a good bedside manner. We were transferred from Henderson hospital and we are happy with the service from both. Thank you for what you do!
