I will never return to this place because of your RN, Vivien O. (Recovery) On June 7, 2017 my wife and I came in for an appointment for our son's circumcision. I was happy with how everything went, until my wife and I came to the back, where he was recovering. The doctor we had was super amazing and brought us back to two nurses. Good nurses and doctors but they lost my grandmothers clothes and shoes!!! She only could leave wearing a hospital gown. Not cool. 👎🏻
We only had one bad experience with an insensitive nurse in the beginning, but the Charge Nurse Tesa not only fixed the issue she showed great leadership and leads her team by example. Always professional, on the go she stayed pleasant every single day! Everyone, from the Doctors, Nurses to the CNA's, housekeepers and transport people amazing! Special shout out to CNA April! Was there for pancreatitis. Ouch! Had several different nurses and CNAs. Lydia is by far the best RN I have ever had. She's so attentive, perceptive, caring, smart, intuitive, and fast. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Maity was the attending Dr on staff. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Loved having both of these ladies taking care of me.
I went to Summerlin Hospital for a repeat c-section. My nurses, Marcell and Zhikara took excellent care of me.
My 1.5 yo daughter had a fever of 103. It's was 3:30am, and we were taken right back. Evaluated, and talk to a doctor within about 30-45 mins. Our evaluation, lab test, and X-rays were done within about an hour +, mean while the nurse practitioner kept us updated the entire time. Truly appreciate how great the staff were to my daughter and I.
Being a chronically ill person, I have been to almost every hospital in the city. I cannot stress enough how important the level of care received by the staff impacts how I recover, which is why I drive across town just to come to Summerlin Hospital. From the housekeeping staff to the doctors and nurses, I always feel genuinely cared for. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Some of the staff even know me by name. I feel like I am being taken care of by family when I am here. Thank you to the staff at Summerlin Hospital!
My son was admitted for an asthma attack and everyone was amazing! I really am grateful for their Pediatric ICU and their staff and so is my son.
