They are trying to balance bill my husband even though our EOB shows his insurance paid at 100%. His insurance is providing COVID assistance by covering claims at 100%. I’m hoping to get this resolved ASAP but it’s shady billing. Horrible at a time like this.

RecommendedThe nursing staff was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever being a patient in a hospital and it was for my first ever surgery. As much as I hate blood & needles and it was scary being somewhat alone, the nursing staff took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable at all times. The hospital was very clean also. I would be honored to stay there again if I ever had to and would recommend to anyone.

RecommendedNurses were nice and polite, we were seem quickly and ultrasound and x rays were completed quickly.only complaint is there seems to be a lack of wheel chairs. Because of a knee injury I couldn’t walk to the rest room and had to walk to the exit with a knee brace and walker and extreme pain.
