Everyone was very friendly and personable. I stayed for a few days in hospital and felt very welcomed by every staff member I saw. Everyone was well briefed before each shift about my situation and needs and my input was encouraged. I have honestly never had a more pleasant hospital stay in all my life. RecommendedI would like to thank everyone at Summerlin Hospital for taking wonderful care of me during my hospital stay 10/21 - 10/23. The Doctors, Nurses and Support Staff made my stay as comfortable as possible thanks again.
They are trying to balance bill my husband even though our EOB shows his insurance paid at 100%. His insurance is providing COVID assistance by covering claims at 100%. I’m hoping to get this resolved ASAP but it’s shady billing. Horrible at a time like this.
