Jaime RN and Neil EDT, took care of both my Grandsons...Xavior and Daniel Ureño a week a part, different incidents...the customer service at this hospital, in my opinion, the absolute best!! We came in in tears and they had us smiling in 15 minutes. Can't tell you enough how important eye contact is...thank you so much our only choice for our hospital needs :) Love Grandma
We went in for what seemed like a routine induction which turned into an emergency c section. The quick recognition and actions from the labor and delivery team saved my sons life. Every single person went above and beyond and I am beyond grateful. I am able to hold my son because of them.
Went to drop off a thank you gift to Christina who was my postpartum nurse at Summerlin hospital unfortunately she wasn't there today which was a little disappointing but I still wanted to know that she touched mine and my husbands life in one of our hardest times. She let me cry on her shoulder when I found out my son was going into surgery and even told me about what she went threw with her daughter she made a difference in how I felt in such a depressing time for me. Was there to visit my Granddaughter, as she had just given birth to my Great daughter! Everyone is really nice and helpful. Especially on the NicU. Thankyou for being so nice.
The most laziest, gossiping , non helping hospital I've ever been to . Southern Hills makes you look horrible
The Pediatric ER and Pediatric Wing Staff has absolutely amazing! Tomorrow will make Day 4 here for my sons appendectomy and while we hope it will be go home day, we will miss all the amazing women that made our stay so incredible. Knowledgeable, confident, caring!!
Wtf doctor told me I had a throat infection but there's nothing he can do what the fuck hell no they say come back if pain get worse but some of there doctors just dnt give a fuck . I use to love this hospital but some of they doctors don't care
I just lobe summerlin hospital they are amazing the children er is amazing took care of us quick and rightly.... had my baby there and they did an amazing job with me and and my preemie.... nothing but praise!!!!
